Extremely poor services. Broken furniture in the rooms. Washbasin broken, door lock broken. Not providing water in the room. The room we got was in adjacent building not in the building shown in image. It was a bit away from waterfront. Room was not cleaned properly, did not get hotwater properly. Breakfast was good but limited options. No tea sachets and intercom.
This is not a 3 star hotel.Very bad experience.No hot water in bathroom,no table for keeping suitcase.They provided a electric kittel but not given a tea sachet or sugar n milk sachet.
