The room is very spacious and maintained, The location is prime and easy to reach.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

The staff was very nice and they were very polite..... The room was awesome neat and clean.....every facility was there like at home. I must say everyone please go there....its really nice location and easy to reach. And its in under reasonable price.

So so hotel... had to be asked continuously for the towel and soap... were very late in acting on the same... for towels I had to wait for 2-3 hours ...quite ridiculous They don't provide water in the room and when asked we are given mineral water which is chargeable (revealed only during checkout... not even when they deliver it) . they claim that RO water is free but none of it was provided... No Fabhotel signage in front of the hotel... difficult to identify if its the Fab hotel booked or not. Fab Hotel claims its a new hotel..hence the issues.... that justification is not needed..as it is not FabHotel's first hotel

Please don't book in this hotel, showing different photo and in actual room is very small, bathrooms smells like public toilet. Hotel is like dharmshala type and room worths Rs. 400-500/- only. Fab Hotel team must visit the hotel premises before branding otherwise people will not trust fab hotels also alike OYO. Please also note that the 4&5 ⭐ rating you found is may be from their knowns only, because I have also booked on basis of the review & rating only.
