This hotel to close to many places like within 2.5 kms distance to ghats, kashi vishwanath mandir etc.. Shubham (the manager / front desk) did a fabulous job of ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting all the needs I requested. He is very very polite, courteous and handles all requests efficiently and in timely fashion. He goes above and beyond by making himself available for emergency calls between 12 midnight till 7 am. Hotel is great and with convenient location. Its kept clean and staff ensures the cleanliness and making sure the hotel is in good condition.

Host/manager was very rude. A/C was turned off and had to call everytime to turn it on and response I get is due to power cut and then after 5 mins of call surprisingly the power comes in. Happened all 3 days of stay. No cleaning service was provided during the period of stay. No toiletries were given. Bedsheets and blankets were dirty had to buy my own to use. It was the worst experience I have had in any hotel.
