I had a poor experience at this hotel. Despite paying an advance, I received calls asking for full payment before check-in, which is not as per policy. The room quality was unsatisfactory; the TV was not working. I was given a 3rd-floor room even though the lift was unreliable, the lift controls on the 3rd floor were not working (had to come to the 2nd floor to use it), and at times the lift stopped working completely. I was also asked for an early check-out, which is not ethically correct. Though room service was mentioned, tea could not be provided as the restaurant was under maintenance. Overall, the promised facilities were not delivered.

This hotel is the most horrible, unprofessional, and scam-filled place I have ever come across. Honestly, this hotel should be shut down immediately. We booked the hotel through Agoda and received a confirmed booking. When I called the number provided, the manager told me they don’t deal with Agoda at all and asked me to cancel the booking and book directly with them for ₹2500 per night. I agreed because we needed a place to stay. When Agoda tried to verify the booking, the owner refused to answer their calls, clearly proving they were lying and trying to cheat travellers. When we reached the property, the manager changed his story again and said the ₹2500 room had already been given away, and the only room available would cost ₹3500 per night. We had no option left at that moment, so we agreed — and that turned out to be a huge mistake. The moment we entered the room, we were shocked: Spider webs everywhere Beds not dusted at all Dirty, stained bedsheets Broken almirah Broken window — anyone could force it open and enter the room No towels, no water bottles, no toiletries The blanket was so small it couldn’t even cover one adult Floors were filthy and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages And worst of all, there was barely anyone in the hotel, giving it a completely unsafe and abandoned feeling I genuinely don’t understand how this place is still operating. It is disgusting, unsafe, dishonest, and a complete scam. No hygiene, no professionalism, no security — nothing. Avoid this hotel at all costs. It can completely ruin your trip. If I could give zero stars, I would.

It was a terrible stay. We have booked superior double room with breakfast included. While check in we wanted to check the room but receptionists asked us to pay full and final payment prior check in to the room. First room which was shown after check in was very bad, The room was stinking, there was no ventilation and suffocating which was rejected by us. We had to stay in delux room which was cheaper than we had paid. That room was also stinking, the bad smell was from bath room , Bathroom, the water connection was leaking. There was only one small window in the room. We had managed that night with great difficulty. Next day they offered us a superior double room room no 304. In the evening found that the water heater was not working. It took about 3 hour to repair the water heater by electrician and we were able to take bath at around mid night. we have booked room including breakfast and paid extra cost. But there was no restaurant the restaurant on top floor was not operational. The breakfast was served in the room was from street, which was of very low quality, only variety 4 Puri bhaji or 2nos of edlies and one plain dosa. The room was not cleaned properly every day. There are only 4 nos of staff, one of them is assigned to clean the toilet, one for sweeping and two for preparing beds, the man was assigned to clean toilet and bathroom brings the breakfast from out side. First 2 days there was no WIFI Service , after lot of request the service was provided but the speed was very slow and not able to perform as my work.

This situation was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially after confirming and paying for the booking. Although the refund was later initiated after follow-up, the experience left a very negative impression. I would strongly advise future guests to double-check availability directly with the hotel before arrival, even if the booking is confirmed online. Overall, poor coordination and lack of accountability. Very disappointing experience.
