The stay was wonderful! We reached very late at night yet got a very warm welcome for us and our pet dog. The fatigue of a long journey was immediately removed by the empathetic and helpful staff.Thank You FabHotel The Sunrise Inn staff, particularly Dileep, Ramu and Fathima for a hospitable stay . The trademark cleanliness and comfort of Fab Hotels was impressive. We look forward to visiting again !

Fraud being done by FabHotel management on MMT app by using 3 start rating.and displaying AI enhanced images of hotel facilities which is not at all present, I'm going to submit reviews on all the platforms so that customers don't get mislead

Terrible experience. Staff was rude. Maybe some goons the way they were talking. Never been this much scared during a stay. Even as a male traveller scared, not sure how women travellers would find themselves in properties like this. 0 star and requesting fab to remove them. At first they denied checkin. Flight got delayed hence it was a late checkin. Found someone else was using the room on hourly pay basis. After checkin found blood stains on bedsheets and what not.

As an outsider and a person who does not know telugu, please be careful. We were scammed at the time of check out. They take a security deposit at the time of checkin, and when we got the room, the bathroom hjet was already broken. But the only thing we did not do was to ckick a picture of the same to prove them. And when we checked out, they showed us the same problem and charged us hefty amount. These people just was to earn money and nothing. Never recommend this hotel and their unethical service to anybody. So, be careful and stay away from this hotel. Only and only scammers

These guys are scammers. We booked through fan hotel and when we called for confirmation to hotel they started asking for money rightaway. Once we reached the location the first thing that they asked for is money. We booked 2 deluxe room (double bed) and we were charged for same but when we went to our room it was one deluxe and one single bed room but we were charged for double room. Bed and linens were dirty with stains and hairs on them. We had to checkout early in the morning but there was no water in tap I had to go ask the receptionist for same then after some time water came. When we raised a complaint with fab hotels the hotel management claimed we never stayed there. This is a shaddy hotel and they will scam you one way or other, choose wisely.

I wanted to give zero rating and most worst owner . Completely weird nature.Me and my kid of 2 year age along with my family booked online and the owner asked more money. Early in he morning with small baby in hand we faced lot of trouble . He is seeing us from window and talking on phone and not coming down .just utilising our need, he is asking more money when we say we will book another hotel , this fellow started bargaining will reduce 200 , 300 and soon.. it's not a vegetable market to bargain right . And staff receptionist dont have any powers or information with them ..owner knows everything and he won't come and only talk in phone . Very very high price charging that too mistreated women and baby early in morning when came with family .

I would not recommend this hotel stay to any one visiting Vzg for any purpose,the hotel staffs were very hospitable but the guy at the reception tried to scam us with the hotel room price which initially it was 1700 so we extended our stay and he charged us 2500 for a night,I raised a complaint,then the hotel dept called him and he simply said I’ll handle it,then after he didn’t even resolve the issue,also the food pricing is sky rocketing and we were prohibited to bring food from outside, I’m sure any guest travelling with budget limit will face a problem if you happen to stay at this hotel.
