Terrible Experience – A Complete Scam! Stay Away! I recently booked **Hotel Tulsi Park, Shirdi, through FabHotels**, where **Mr. Atul Kumar falsely advertised** it as a 3-star hotel with complimentary breakfast and shared beautiful, misleading pictures—all far from reality. I was charged an exorbitant amount for this so-called premium stay. Shocking First Impressions When I arrived, I was horrified to see the actual state of the hotel. It was filthy, completely different from the images shown online. The hotel staff themselves admitted that FabHotels charges nearly ₹1000 more than direct bookings. Atul Kumar, the FabHotels representative, outright refused to cancel my booking and stopped responding to my calls after taking my money. The Dirtiest Room Ever I finally paid and entered the room, only to be shocked by the disgustingly unhygienic conditions: - Bedsheet covered in oil stains and dirt - AC was not functioning—when they somehow turned it on, water started dripping instead of cooling - Filthy door mats with food stains—I didn’t even want to step inside - Baseless excuses from hotel staff when I complained - Washbasin tap barely worked, with water dripping like a thin thread - No hot water at all - Broken health faucet, dirty mirror, and a shower filled with rust and grime - Despite paying the full amount, staff refused to address my concerns Fake ‘Complimentary’ Breakfast – A Joke They advertised complimentary breakfast, but when I asked for the menu, I was given only four cheap food options—not a buffet or proper selection like regular guests. When I questioned this, the staff rudely told me to "speak to FabHotels" and acted as if they had nothing to do with them, despite having a huge FabHotels hoarding outside! Final Verdict – A Fraudulent Hotel & Online Scam! This hotel doesn’t even deserve one star. It’s a total scam, falsely advertised, and the worst part is that both the hotel and FabHotels refuse to take responsibility. The service, cleanliness, and overall experience were beyond horrible. **DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!** If you value cleanliness, honesty, and basic customer service, **avoid this hotel at all costs.** It’s not even worth a single rupee!
FabHotel Tulsi Park
Worst stay ever . Room is small and very different from the pictures plus you get mosquitos complimentary. The elevators were built in 1860 so use at your own risk . Staff is super rude and they dont support in any manner if you book from a third party. In short please stay away from this place if you dont want to ruin your stay.
FabHotel Tulsi Park
Terrible experience—an absolute waste of money. I left the room within two hours. The hotel, rooms, and surroundings were all filthy, and the bathrooms were not properly cleaned. I had to book another hotel and received no refund. This is my second bad experience with Fab Hotels, and I will never book with them again.
FabHotel Tulsi Park
I had an extremely disappointing stay at Hotel Tulsi Park in Shirdi. Despite its proximity to the Sai Baba Temple, the hotel's poor maintenance and service overshadowed this advantage. Upon arrival, I was greeted by unprofessional staff who seemed indifferent to guest concerns. The room assigned to me was in deplorable condition—dirty linens, a musty odor, and visible dust indicated a lack of proper cleaning. The bathroom was equally neglected, with blocked drains and inadequate toiletries. Despite multiple complaints, the management remained unresponsive and failed to address these issues. Basic amenities were lacking; there was no hot water, and even drinking water was charged at inflated prices. The in-house restaurant was overpriced, and the food quality was subpar. Overall, the hotel's poor hygiene, unprofessional staff, and lack of basic facilities made my stay extremely uncomfortable. I strongly advise against booking this hotel, as there are far better options available in Shirdi.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the administration was poorly managed. The staff seemed disorganized, unhelpful, and displayed a complete lack of professionalism. Their rude and dismissive behavior was shocking, making me feel unwelcome throughout my stay. The room itself was in terrible condition, with linens that were absolutely unacceptable. The bedsheets and pillow covers were not only old and worn out but also had a very unpleasant, stinky odor. The smell was unbearable, and it was clear that they had not been properly cleaned or changed in a long time. Despite my complaints, the staff made no effort to resolve the issue or provide clean replacements. A hotel stay should be comfortable and pleasant, but this experience was far from it. The combination of the unresponsive staff, poor hygiene, and lack of basic amenities made my visit extremely uncomfortable. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. There are far better options available in the same price range. Save yourself the disappointment and choose a place that values its guests and maintains a higher standard of cleanliness.

Terrible Experience - Avoid this Hotel! I recently stayed at Tulsi Park in Shirdi, and it was a horrible experience from start to finish. The service was extremely poor—staff were unresponsive and seemed indifferent to guest concerns. The bedding was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been changed or washed in ages. The room itself was filthy with dust everywhere and a musty smell. It felt like no proper cleaning had been done before we checked in. On top of that, the management was completely disorganized. When we asked for basic amenities, it took ages to get a response, and even then, nothing was done. It was clear that they didn’t care about guest comfort at all. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if you’re planning a trip to Shirdi. There are far better options available. Save your money and your peace of mind—stay elsewhere!
FabHotel Tulsi Park
Rooms are not clean at all lots of insects and cockroaches are in rooms. Even they charged for drinking water, no hot water in the rooms. Fabs hotels changed our hotel without our permission and even no breakfast provided after hotel booked with breakfast… Only one thing good is that hotel is near to sai mandir
FabHotel Tulsi Park
The place is absolute filth, no hygiene is maintained. Rooms were not cleaned before we arrived. Upon enquiry we wede told it was clean - but we could see visible hair and dust everywhere. Except for soap no other toiletries were given. The sheets and pillows were filthy, dirty. They were not pressed, the used sheets also are dumped on dirty floors. The only convenience is the hotels proximity to the temple. Multiple reminders had to be sent to the reception to get stuff like mosquito repellant, tv remote, AC remote, water was charged. It was an overnight stay but no cleanliness whatsoever. Total ripoff for 2.5k per room and no wifi too. Do not make mistake of booking here.
FabHotel Tulsi Park
Except location…. Nothing is good about this hotel No where is hotel is FAB HOTEL STANDARD Dirty room, smelly bedsheets, no room service They have a phone in the room but not working They will not even provide tv remote or AC remote, so you cannot change the AC temperature. In the name of toiletries you will get only soap. Water bottles charged extra than MRP Hot water timing only 4am-11am Pathetic experience I would never recommend anyone to book this hotel
