Well appointed clean room with warm and attentive staff. The restaurant was excellent especially the breakfast buffet. The wait staff could not have been better. We were visiting family in the area and we will definitely stay at this again.

I really liked this hotel, the behavior of the staff, the behavior of the manager, everyone was very good, the room was very neat and clean, everything was working, Fab Hotel provides the best service.

Pathetic room service and staff are fooling to guest. I would like to bring to your attention my recent experience during my stay, which was quite disappointing and did not meet the expectations set at the time of booking. I booked the room over a call, during which the Fab booking agent clearly informed me that a buffet breakfast would be provided. However, upon check-in, the receptionist informed me that breakfast would be available only through room service starting at 7:30 a.m. As I had to leave early for Chandigarh, I informed the receptionist a day in advance that I would require breakfast by 8:00 a.m. I was assured that this would be arranged. Unfortunately, the next morning I was informed that the kitchen would only start operations at 8:30 a.m. Considering my tight schedule, I requested the staff to arrange anything that could be prepared quickly. I was told that options like aloo paratha, bread-butter, and coffee would be available. However, I was later informed that bread had not yet been delivered by the supplier, and I was assured that parathas would be ready within 10 minutes. Despite waiting until 9:00 a.m., no breakfast was prepared. After waiting further, I checked out and came down to the reception, where no staff member was available for another 10 minutes. Eventually, I had to leave with just one plain paratha packed in foil with pickle, which was highly inadequate and unprofessional. What adds to the disappointment is that ₹350 was charged for breakfast at the time of booking, despite the service not being delivered as promised. I hope you will look into this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to improve communication, service quality, and guest handling in the future.

Ok i entered and rooms were filled with ants,, my room was 105 and shower is broken....staff Denied to have breakfast before 9:30am, if a corporate employee is there.. he may need to leave early.. local boys and girls were in all rooms( that I checked from entry register).. which means illegal work is more often there.. go.on your own risk

I booked this hotel through FabHotel agent Keshav Gupta, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences ever. The room was in terrible condition—walls covered with silan (mold), a strong damp smell everywhere, and a pungent odor coming from the bathroom, and broken locks on the bathroom door. The towel provided was dirty, and in the name of toiletries, we only received one small soap for two people. The agent assured us the room had a smart TV, but it was just a tiny old LED TV. The wooden flooring was broken, with nails sticking out, which is extremely unsafe for kids and even adults. The tiles were cracked, and the electrical sockets were loose, posing a real risk of electric shock. The bathroom design was awful—there’s no separation between the shower area and the toilet, so after taking a shower, the entire bathroom floods. You can’t use it again until it dries. To make things worse, the hotel expects guests to use a floor wiper themselves to clean the water after bathing! This property is unhygienic, unsafe, and completely mismanaged. It’s not suitable for children, families, or even solo travelers. The positive reviews posted online are fake or paid, as they do not match the reality of this place. Please avoid this hotel at all costs—the online photos and reviews are misleading.

I recently stayed at FabHotel Yellow Leaf and was thoroughly disappointed with the level of customer service. The staff demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and proper training in guest relations. Receptionist was super rude and unprofessional. Throughout my stay, I encountered staff members who simply did not know how to communicate appropriately with customers. Their manner was discourteous and their approach to handling guest concerns was wholly inadequate. Basic hospitality standards were clearly not being met. When you’re paying for hotel accommodation, you expect a certain level of service and respect. Unfortunately, FabHotel Yellow Leaf failed to deliver on this fundamental expectation. The unprofessional behavior of the staff significantly detracted from what could have been a pleasant stay.

Почему удаляете отзывы????!! Why are you deleting comments? This is a terrible hotel. When I first entered the room, Pen had a dirty toilet, there were stains and hair on the bed linen. The floors were dirty too. I went to the reception. They changed my bed linen, but it was still stained and hairy. The toilet was cleaner, but the floors were so dirty all over the room. I was promised to change the room, but no one did it. I fell asleep because I was very tired at night after the road. When I woke up in the morning, I needed to wash up, but there was no hot water. When I went to the reception, they told me to wait 4 minutes. 15 minutes later, a bucket of hot water was brought to me. I do not recommend this hotel. I couldn't sleep properly because there is no normal sound insulation, people were talking very loudly at the reception all night
