Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. I am talking here about all the staff I interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. The informations receied were always correct and I felt safe. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for the money.

The staff was exceptionally courteous and professional, and this extended through all the departments, right from the Front Desk to Housekeeping.

Not a very good experience. A.C. remote was not provided in the room. On asking several times they provided at midnight. Amenities were not satisfactory. The extra mattress and pillow were not cleaned.

The room was not good because the TV in the room does not work and if I tell my room service, he straight away says that the TV will not be fixed and there are a lot of cockroach in the room, they fall on the bed
