If you are planning to visit Ujjain during peak season, please be cautious—hotel availability is very limited. I had booked FabHotel online in advance and made full payment for a family stay. The online booking executive incorrectly confirmed early check-in at 4:00 AM, but upon reaching the hotel, no room was available at that time. This was extremely inconvenient, especially while traveling with family. Even after booking, I called and emailed multiple times for confirmation, but there was no proper response from the team. Every time, my call was kept on hold or delayed, which added to the confusion and inconvenience. (See the screen shots) Issues faced during the stay: Rooms have no proper ventilation. Shampoo and basic toiletries were not provided. For every small item—even after paying ₹6,700+ per day—we had to repeatedly request. Bathrooms lack ventilation, resulting in persistent bad smell. Mr. Vikas and his team are polite and helpful, but everything needs to be asked for explicitly. During a stay, not a single bath towel was provided, citing laundry issues—guests were asked to manage on their own. Food Review: Food quality is average. However, Adiyogi restaurant nearby serves fresh and tasty food—worth trying. Conclusion: This feedback is not to blame any individual, but the hotel seriously needs to upgrade its services, room ventilation, housekeeping standards, and customer communication. Most importantly, online commitments should be accurate and honored to avoid inconvenience to guests.

LOCATION is good very near to railway station now about the rooms it's not where a perfect room no telephone no room mats , bath room toilet seat facing the wall the one who will sit have their knees touching the wall hot water was there which was good , no towels provided on the first day no curtains , no drinking glass available no drinking water provided and other big scam is the restaurant service which is third class better to eat and drink outside hotel ordered a cold coffee which is like 80 percent water 20 percent milk same with tea room have one another door which will lead you to the back location don't know where it leads overall it's a very low budget hotel . Trying selecting another hotel if your not okay with all these amenities not provided.

Location is fine. That's the only plus. Room was too basic for the price. Have stayed in Fab hotels across India, but this one doesn't meet the standards. No towels provided. Rusted doors. TV not working. Dirty blankets. Lights going on & off... Overall not even an average experience.

Terrible experience. I arrived at 12 AM and was given a shabby room without an AC, even though my booking clearly showed otherwise. When I raised the issue, the caretaker called the owner, who casually said, “The fan works like an AC, you won’t feel hot.” The washroom had used soap left behind, which the owner didn’t consider a hygiene issue. To make matters worse, the caretaker refused to let me take pictures, and when I pointed out all these problems, the owner told me to leave if I had “so many issues” — at 1 AM! I have proof of my room booking, and this attitude was completely unacceptable.
