Do not trust the high ratings – this hotel deserves zero stars!!! we booked a stay from for 2 days via booking.com, but upon arrival, the owner claimed we had no reservation and forced us to pay an unreasonably high amount to stay. since we had no other option, we agreed after confirming the stay was for two nights. shockingly, on the second morning, they forced us to check out, claiming the hotel was full. we even offered to pay a higher price to stay because shifting hotels last minute was extremely inconvenient but they refused. after hours of hassle, we finally booked another hotel and were literally standing on the street with our luggage when they suddenly called to say a room was available again. zero integrity. please do not book. to make things worse, the rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and the rooms are in a lobby. save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.

Avoid at all costs.. pathetic pathetic pathetic.. hygiene bad, torn blankets, and best of all, they will not confirm your booking even after paying full amount.. geyser, water supply anything you want you have to ask at reception.. just avoid at all costs!!!! you have been warned..

Worst hotel chain, i booked online 2 months ago from cleartrip and paid full amount, but when we arrived at the hotel they told that we have no booking and were asking us to book offline, please dont book this hotel

While booking the breakfast was included but when we inquired it was learnt that they only give poha and tea coffee from room service. room cleaning is not up to the mark. i have an infant and it is very difficult to get hot milk. room is pretty small. also the bathroom darinage was choked and there was water spilling everywhere.

Very small rooms..some of the rooms in the hotel are without any window. staff is courteous and helpful. no kitchen in the hotel. location of the hotel is good. it is on the 4 th floor of a commercial building. the common lift was dirty, with betel leaf stains on the collapsible door.

Worst hotel, big time fraud !!!please dont get trapped with the online hotel pictures. they will ask for more money before check in otherwise give you dirty hotel or let you stand in cold at 1am in the morning. please do not book this hotel at any cost. you will regret big time !!! good reviews are all fake by their team or known people.
