Nice stay.well behaviour by staff, co operative and gentle. Room was cleaned, tidy and well arranged. Every thing was available as it should be. Enjoyed our stay . I recommend everyone to visit this property at least once.

The rooms were nice compared to the price. The staff was very helpful & we're concerned about our security as we were just 2 girls travelling so they gave us the rooms near the rooms where family checked in. For safety, they lock the gate in the night & will open it once you call them.. While returning we checked in again & they upgraded our room

Cheap but they need to be mindful of guests hygiene, sheets and blankets needs to be cleaner..

it was one of the worst sevices i recieved . first of all they didnt like we book online they were first saying they cant give like this room that room then they were telling first when we reach hotel room not available then when i was about to call customer service they said room and no amenities were good it wasnt cleaned at all . when we ask about extending they said its not available but in fab site it was available and for additional guest they were saying thousand rupees were as in site 600 ultimate scamming of customers. we are trusting site and when reach hotel they also want money

They don't even deserve a single star also. They are taking bookings of 3 people and provide a single bed and asking for extra payment when you come for check in and saying we charge extra for extra bedding. They are simply LOOTING the customers. Worst service, worst staff ever came across. I kindly request all the people who are about to make booking with this hotel, please please don't spoil your day, your trip, your stay and specially it's simply a waste of money.

Rooms is not cleaned and bedsheet is also looks like the used one ,AC is not working. Water that keep inside room for drinking is smelling bad. Overall very pathetic experience.

Worst possible location. Stinking rooms. Two hours of hell without power. Hell hole. The worst any human can tolerate.

DO NOT TRUST THE HIGH RATINGS – THIS HOTEL DESERVES ZERO STARS!!! We booked a stay from for 2 days via Booking.com, but upon arrival, the owner claimed we had no reservation and forced us to pay an unreasonably high amount to stay. Since we had no other option, we agreed after confirming the stay was for two nights. Shockingly, on the second morning, they forced us to check out, claiming the hotel was full. We even offered to pay a higher price to stay because shifting hotels last minute was extremely inconvenient but they refused. After hours of hassle, we finally booked another hotel and were literally standing on the street with our luggage when they suddenly called to say a room was available again. ZERO INTEGRITY. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK. To make things worse, the rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and the rooms are in a lobby. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.

The bedsheets were already used, with hair and other debris on them. The bathroom was unclean, the AC wasn’t working, and, to make matters worse, the reception staff was asleep and showed no interest in replacing the bedsheets. As a result, we had to use our own. The 4.4 star rating on Google is all fake, it's not even a worth of 1 star

Rooms looks like haveli, AC not working. They provide RO water in Use Plastic bottles From Outside buildings looks like 1947 condition. It's not the first time Fab hotel only looking for the commission. Did any one from management do the Surprise visit? Fab management don't care about . Just need money U book the hotel pay thier commission online after u will be like orphan. I would like to communicate someone from operation department regarding my concern.
