Excellent property and attentive staff to take best care of coustomer s. almost all staff members are affable and assist guests in best possible manner.

I had an excellent stay at Rameshwaram guest house. Owner and staff is also very cooperative and gentlemen. I had left my valuables there but they responded so quickly and I got my valuables back in few days. First the booked hotel staff was very rude then my hotel got changed to Uma Ugal, Air conditioning was for whole night not working I made complaint no solution provided from Feb team, no towel no washroom suply provided, tea cattle was there in room but no tea/coffee pouch. Me and my family had a sleepless night. Worst experience ever, I request for refund the amount as promised.
