Despite there being scope for improvement in certain areas of the hotel, I truly appreciate the fantastic effort the team is putting into making guests feel valued. Their dedication to customer satisfaction shines through, especially thanks to one of the most courteous and professional staff members Ive come across. The warmth, respect, and genuine care shown in handling guest needs deserve a special mention. Its clear that the hotel is committed to providing the best possible experience, and with continued progress, theyre well on their way. We stayed here to attend marriage in family on 27th Nov 2023 and were impressed with Front desk team who go out of way to extend help. Well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. We certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. It was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. The bed was excellent quality, I slept well the whole trip. Also as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable.
