Awesome experience.. I recently had the pleasure of at this Hotel.The behavior of the staff towards the customers is very good. Cleaning is also taken care of very well. The service is very good.

Very Disappointing Experience FabHotel Prime Manjeet, Bhopal | 9 October 2026 I booked a Deluxe Room through Agoda (Booking ID: 2056987653) and arrived at approximately 8:05 PM. Despite having a confirmed and fully paid booking, the hotel provided an unsuitable room behind the reception, with staff sitting nearby. When I requested the Deluxe Room I had booked, the hotel demanded an additional 400. Despite repeatedly contacting Agoda customer support, no satisfactory resolution was provided. After approximately 2.53 hours of inconvenience, I had no choice but to check out and move to another hotel. The unprofessional behaviour of the staff, lack of transparency, and poor coordination between the hotel and FabHotels management caused unnecessary stress and made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe in an unfamiliar city while travelling for work. I urge Agoda and FabHotels to investigate this incident and process my full refund. A confirmed booking should be honoured without additional charges or unreasonable inconvenience. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property and will avoid FabHotels in the future.

Very disappointing experience at Red Vibe by FabHotels. The service was extremely poor. During my stay, I was repeatedly asked to pay additional charges, and I was also asked to shift to their other property, Yellow Courtyard, without my prior consent. When I refused and requested to cancel my booking, I was told that my entire booking amount would be forfeited. This felt extremely unfair and left me with no reasonable choice. Overall, the experience was highly disappointing. I would expect better communication, transparency, and customer service from a hotel chain like FabHotels.

The extra amount was paid from our side at the hotel I had to pay 1075 an an extra amount at the hotel. V bad experience. Please look into this matter else Ive to take a serious action against all this

They have charged 2000 rupees extra

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unfair Extra Charge and Unprofessional Behaviour I stayed at Hotel Oasis Blue, Bhopal. At the time of checkout, I was charged 1000 through UPI. However, I was provided a bill of only 400. When I asked for the details of the remaining 600, I was told it was a decoration charge. The decoration was done entirely by us using our own materials. We did not use any decoration service provided by the hotel, and no such charge was informed to us before or during our stay. When I requested a proper bill or explanation for the extra 600, the reception staff behaved rudely, ignored my questions, and kept saying, "Isse pucho, usse pucho," without giving any clear answer. I request that: 1. A proper bill and written explanation for the 600 charge be provided. 2. If there is no valid basis for this charge, the 600 should be refunded immediately. 3. Appropriate action be taken regarding the unprofessional behaviour of the reception staff to ensure other guests do not face similar issues. I have the UPI payment proof and the bill issued by the hotel as supporting evidence. Thank you.
