This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. I was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. My stay was perfect.

My stay at the hotel involved serious deficiency in serviceunclean room, foul-smelling bed sheets, faulty door lock, no geyser, poor service, and unhygienic conditions. I demand a full refund immidiately.

Room was completely different from images shown on website. It was a terrible experience for me.
