Best Room with affordable price.

Had a wonderful experience. Hassle free Check-in and check out. Service was extraordinary. Very friendly Staffs and the Front Desk Executive is highly polite and we'll- behaved. (A good all Rounder Manager for your stay and comfort)

The behaviour of the staff needs to be improved, especially with Mahima, the hotel manager. She was so arrogant to handle the guests'guests. She was so rude to the guests and it is never ever experienced or experienced from those who are in the service industry. Wifi not working, there is no proper plan for the breakfast service, they do billing as per their own wish. I would wonder if you book this property thru any websites like booking.com or any other websites, they simply reply that online bookings are not accepted due to the price discrepancy with the booking sites. When you do check-in, if they are denied and demanding very high charges compared to the online rates, just think about the situation of a person who doesn't have sufficient funds for his travel or if he travelled with planned money thinking that the hotel is booked! Finally, I could say that the hotel rooms are comfortable and worth the money as per their tariff.

Room cleanliness is good.But room size is small.Reception is good.But room service is very late to response.Food quality is not good.Mineral water pricing RS 35 for 1lit.

The room was far worse from what was shown in the picture, even though it was just ok for the price, the picture was completely misguided. The checkout time is strictly at 11:00, and after that they would charge 600 (not negotiable), even though you extend it for 1 hour.

I have so many complains. Please dont give any good rating to this hotel. The space very untidy, unpleasant and such a wastage of money. They changed my room upon request but later I discovered that room was also untidy. The blanket had stains. The walls have spitting stains. No toilet roll. They advertise them so well that it is easy to get spammed. The pictures of the rooms donot do justice. The rooms are severely small.While taking shower the gieser was also not working. The internet connection was very weak in the new room. I did not feel safe in this hotel.Finally I checked out the 2nd day before my two nights stay was over and wasted my money.It was horrible experience. Their complementarry breakfast was also just one option like Alacarte menu which was annoying. The receptionist lied that they have restaurant but when I called they said there is no restaurant and I have to get food in my room. I started feeling so stuffy in that room that I decided to checkout 24 h earlier although I paid full price

The rooms are horrible and the hotel owner is always in the mode of arguement for every small things. The service is horrible and they don't care about anything apart from your money. Rooms and toilets are smelly Moreover they have kept the checkin and checkout time in such a manner that you will have to pay for 2 days if you want a normal stay. Avoid since plenty of hotels are available nearby.

I hope there was a lesser rating than this. Don't go by the reviews of the hotel, it is not at all for the family. My parents stayed there and there's a bar at the top floor for which it used to get very bad at night, there's continuous noise in the hallway till 3AM and it used to get very unpleasant at night. Plus the service is not at all up to the mark.

Staffs r co-operative though, but the hotel owner and fab hotels needs to understand that rooms and jail lockers r different. The rooms are very dirty, no cleaning, tv not working, ac not working, and the bathroom is just a box type of thing, no geyser, dirty bathrooms, smallest ever I've seen. Worst experience, not expected fab hotels like this
