Avadi has its own railway station on the Chennai Suburban Railway Network, and just beyond the railhead is Avadi Bus Terminal. Avadi Railway Station has regular services to and from Chennai Central Railway Station, which is 22 km away from the locality by road. Avadi can also be reached via National Highway 716 and Tamil Nadu State Highway 55.

For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
