1 AverageDuring my stay with family, including a 20-month-old baby, we encountered several significant issues that made our experience unpleasant: 1. bad odour: there was a persistent unpleasant smell upon entering the room and in the bathroom. 2. room condition: the walls had chipped paint, and the overall ambience of the room was poor. 3. water leakage: the air conditioning unit was leaking water. 4. restroom issues: the lock on the restroom was broken, and we were provided with no ac remote. 5. staff response: the staff’s response to our concerns was lethargic and unhelpful. 6. cleanliness: the bed, blanket, and pillow covers were dirty, indicating a serious lack of hygiene. 7. power issues: we experienced a power failure from 02:10 to 07:00, and the inverter backup was insufficient, with the inverter machine located in our room, raising concerns about safety and privacy. just have a live visit before check in, don’t believe in positive feedbacks and spoil your happy stay…Vikky Vishanth, 13 Oct

1 AverageThe location is near tasmac with lots of drunkards and primitive humans doing their private activities in open. it's shocking. changed room after frogs and lizards occupied room. it also had an ant nest. the new room was ok albeit stained bedsheets.Krish V, 22 Jun

1 AverageNo proper access by car. roads are under construction. rooms are big but low tasted furnishings. just to stay you can use this. lot of insects and mosquito around inside the room. air conditioning is poor, goes on and off often when we sleep. not at all recommended for any. learnt to spend few hundreds for a nice hotel rather holding the pocket tight and worry laterRajesh Kannan, 16 Jun

3 GoodThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Sadab Urf Golu, 21 Mar
