"The hotel was not available in google map. The place is very old and need renovation urgently.the reception said the rooms are full even though I booked hotel at 11.30 pm in the night and reached half an hr later.the receptionist later gave the room. Rooms were old and need renovation. My expectations were so low after seeing the ambiance. Rooms were clean and WiFi was ok. Breakfast was a minimalistic affair in the basement. Will Not repeat the hotel. Rentals were also exorbitant compared to the ambiance and service. Initially chose the place because of tag FAB and proximity to my place of business"

"One of the filthiest properties I have ever come across. Cockroaches in the room and washrooms. Dirty and dust filled furniture. Dirty Bath towels with food stains, rusted head shower in bath area, minimal choice of food whether dinner or breakfast, lukewarm, cold and tasteless food. I just do not get it how this property is prime rated."

"Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian"
