The room is very dirty and the linens are too old ad torn. no service is available. i can't get a morning coffee even. lot of junk items are kept in front of oomd

Worst experience ever. run by improfessional people. dirty room, ac doesn't work, no phone to communicate, had to come down to reception everytime to ask for water, then for ac, then for towel. stained smelled towels. they charged higher amount saying that it is an ac room, but full night it was only a fan in ac. i was dead tired to sleep. s

Room condition is very bad , not worth of 1500 blankets and bed are not washed previously used dirty marks are still visible and the toilet is in a pathetic condition

Very very worst fab hotel in chennai iam very sorry to say......kindly terminate those who are responsible for the room arrangement and cleaning work, brackfast , parking, etc......not arranged iam paid full mony but iam not satisfied with your service why ur change the hotel??????once booking is made successfully and paid every thing after that why u change my booked fab hotel ...ki day refund my money as soon as early......

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian
