Not possitive response from hotel manager and the most important full of mosquito inside room , dirty bathroom, dirty bedsheet and room walls. I don't know how he get good ratings in online. I suggest to people please don't pay in advance if you go for this otherwise it will your headache."

Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
