Fundamental hygiene is missing. before handing over the room to the new guests, supposed to have been done the cleaning. dirty bathroom, unhygiene toilet, torn out bed linen with hairs all over. no soap or tissue in the bathroom.

Dear hotel management, i am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my current stay at your hotel. the conditions of the room and overall environment have been far from satisfactory, and i feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention. firstly, the bathrooms are in a deplorable state—they are extremely dirty and unhygienic. this is a major concern for me and, i believe, for any guest. additionally, the room itself is very small and not conducive to a comfortable stay. the floor is in poor condition, with torn sections and particles coming loose, making it unsafe and unpleasant. moreover, there is an uncomfortable atmosphere due to the presence of numerous male staff members in the office area, which makes it particularly awkward for female guests to pass through. this is an issue that needs immediate attention to ensure a more welcoming environment for all guests. given these conditions, i cannot recommend your hotel to others. i hope you take these concerns seriously and make the necessary improvements to enhance the quality of stay for future guests. thank you for your prompt attention to these matters.

Rooms were very bad. only 1 staff member who could speak hindi and was actually working to provide us with basic necessities like soap, towel, bedsheet, blanket. we didn't even get blankets because they didn't have any left. mattress was very bad and ac remote wasn't working, fan regulator wasn't working, towels and bedsheet were very dirty. the only good thing about the place was, it was walking distance from the airport. and the rooms weren't cheap at all. they charged us 2150 per room when it is written on their board that each room costs 1600, because it was 10 in the night and they knew we wouldn't be able to go anywhere else.

I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability of such a high-quality hotel experience.

My stay at this hotel was incredibly comfortable. the booking process was simple and hassle-free, which i greatly appreciated.

The in-room entertainment options were a savior on a rainy day. i enjoyed a cozy movie night during my stay.
