Overall experience very very bad. room is shaby. spiders seen in the corners. uncleaned walls and ceiling. not hygienic.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Such worst hotel i never seen in the last few years...it's not even worth for rs. 500...both room was shaby and no hot water service...when i enquiry that guy says, this is how it will be...asked for tea, person went to road shop and getting the day... conclusion is that when someone's time really bad, he will end with such room...

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. i am talking here about all the staff i interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. the informations receied were always correct and i felt safe. the room was comfortable and clean. great value for the money.

The hotel was very centrally located..... our stay was short but very pleasant.... . the room and facilities were excellent with a luxurious bathroom.... he staff was especially hospitable and friendly.... would not hesitate to come back....
