Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting here

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. In my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Pros: Cozy rooms, excellent location, courteous front desk managed by all in one incharge of the property. Very conveniently located if one has to attend VFS services at Agora Mall. Cons: The property does not have kitchen and breakfast and meals are outsourced, so better to go for room only.

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. It was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. The bed was excellent quality, I slept well the whole trip. Also as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable.

The room was clean. The surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. Staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. Location is perfect if anyone wants to visit here in its full pride. Perfect location, where everything is less than 10KM's away.

The hotel staff only provided 2 limited one time option for breakfast, and it was brought from an outside food lorry, quality was worst. I ordered two aloo parathas as it was strictly said by hotel receptionist that only single serving will be done per person.

A/C was not working properly. Electric geyser was of very small capacity so difficult to get hot water at a stretch. We were told that breakfast will be available only after 10:30 or 11, so on first day we had to do with small biscuit packet and later single piece of bread and butter
