Everything was very good, a good place to stay for short business trip. Staff is all cooperative and provides best service.

Budget hotel, maintained clean bit some rooms are without any ventilation.

This hotel is located in Vavol which is not as developed as rest of Gandhi Nagar, roads are broad but full of dust. When you reach this hotel you won't find Name of fab hotels anywhere. Only sidhhartha corporate is mentioned in the signboards. When you get inside the hotel the image which is shown on fab hotels website/app is missing from the reception counter. We booked this hotel for 5 days and the selected the package which was including breakfast and lunch or dinner. We paid the booking amount through the wensite of fab hotels, but it seems the hotel manager was not at all bothered about the online booking from fab hotels. He kept on denying that lunch or dinner is included with booking. Such was his attitude that he kept on arguing that who gives lunch and dinner. This appears that either he didn't care about online booking or there was no coordination between the fab hotels website and the hotel staff. Rooms are OK. It seems that the linen gets cleaned in a while. Towels were clean as well. Two Lights were turning on when we wanted to turn on a single bulb. Bathroom was clean. Restaurant is not located inside this hotel, for having breakfast or dinner/lunch either we need to call the restaurant which is situated at Sidhhartha Inn hotel which is around 200 meters away from this hotel. Staff at the resturant was also in denial mode when we went for dinner and for having food we needed to call the customer care of fab hotels. Connecting to a customer service associate at fab hotels was another daunting task, you select an option and keep waiting,. After waiting for more than 10 minutes when our call was connected with a customer service associate, she confirmed after taking the manager of sidhhartha corporate hotel in conference call with me that full payment has been done online and we need not pay anything now, but the manager was still adamant and tried to deny the dinner by saying dinner is not included in booking package. One of the worst managers I saw in any hotel and the worst coordination between a portal and a hotel. Fab hotels is another "Oyo". You pay and invite the trouble. Not recommended to go through the agony of booking on fab hotels. Better book through reputed portals like MakeMyTrip where customer service is excellent and hotels are trustworthy.

Very disappointing experience. I had booked FabHotel Namantara 2 months in advance for 7–9 March at around ₹3,500 per night and even paid ₹1,100 advance two days before check-in. On the morning of 7th March, the hotel called and said the price had suddenly increased to ₹11,000 per night and that I must pay the difference or they would not give the room. The staff was very rude, kept me on hold for 30 minutes, and refused to properly address the issue. Despite the hotel not honoring the confirmed booking, they are not refunding the advance payment either. Extremely unprofessional and unethical service. Would not recommend.

The hotel staff is not supportive and they lie a lot if you book online because they wont get their share so please dont get in that trap and never book a hotel like this

Worst place, worst rooms and worst location. The view that was given online is not the reality. Rooom was really bad smelly like it was locked from ages. Bedsheets were not cleaned. The towels were not clean . The washroom was dirty . And the whole place was scary I checked out the very next morning

Worst experience. The reception person was a bit arrogant , have charged extra for driver while we have confirmed the driver can sleep in the reception. Also They have Cat which is moving around while night , which causes disturbance to the driver who slept in the reception. Have booked only in the name of Fab hotels , but not in any standard , rooms are not properly maintained . No bisleri water provides, towels are old.

They've not informed me for online booking that the room in not available. I've already stayed there previously 2 times The staff is little bit rude but the service & room are Good & also the location is also good but they have less rooms compared to other hotels.

Worst ever experience. After reaching the property's location, they refused to provide room without informing any valid reasons. After almost 3 hours of wait, hot talk and arguments they provide a dirty & unhygienic room. I stayed in Room No. 101 but they provided me the bill mentioning it as Room no. 604. Most of the front desk staff are very rude and of ill behaviour. I will not recommend any one to stay in this property.
