Wonderful experience

We booked this hotel at last moment. Upon arrival late night at around 10:30 PM, we were informed at reception that one out of our 2 confirmed bookings had been cancelled due to “operational reasons.” There was some back-and-forth between hotel and booking aggregator (Booking.com) regarding responsibility, which took nearly an hour to resolve. Eventually, we had to arrange accommodation elsewhere for second room, which was quite inconvenient at that late hour. We were also advised not to venture too far at night due to safety concerns in the area, which made the situation more stressful. Regarding stay itself, the reception staff was polite, and understanding, which we truly appreciated. However, there were disturbances during the night. Hotel staff room was located near my allotted so called premium room, and there was considerable noise post-midnight, including repeated door banging, which affected my sleep. Additionally, there was significant traffic noise from road in front of the hotel, with bikers riding at high speed and using modified silencers and horns, further disturbing the night’s rest. Overall, while the staff was cooperative, the booking issue and noise disturbances.

Just like a two star hotel. Ambience is bad, doors lock doesn't work sometimes, heater was damaged in my room, no sound proof walls, I could literally hear couple screams from the next door. For the money I put, this hotel isn't worth. You can go if you have a partner and wants to spend time for few hours, go ahead but if you are someone who wants to have some peace after working or roaming whole day, this isn't the place. Staff was good and friendly.

Fraud Alert – Extremely Disappointing Experience This hotel and FabHotels are a complete fraud. We paid an advance amount for a room booking through FabHotels. Later, when we contacted the hotel directly, they clearly told us that they would not honor the booking or the advance payment because they have issues with FabHotels and claimed that ₹20 lakh of their money is stuck with FabHotels. Because of this, they said they are not accepting any bookings made via FabHotels. The hotel asked us to cancel the booking and book directly with them instead. When we contacted FabHotels for a refund, they were absolutely useless. Even after sharing email proofs and screenshots of our conversation with the hotel, FabHotels stopped responding completely. No resolution, no refund, no accountability. Our advance amount is gone, and there is no support from either the hotel or FabHotels. This is blatant cheating and harassment of customers. Such platforms should not be trusted at all. I would never recommend FabHotels to anyone. Save your money and stay away from this scam.

The hotel did not meet the expectations promised by FabHotel at all. Even though the property is also registered under OYO, the room quality was extremely poor. The room was dirty, the bed sheets and blankets were stained and unclean, and overall hygiene was completely ignored. The walls were in very bad condition with visible seepage, making the room look damp and poorly maintained. There were no proper basic arrangements, and the washroom door did not even have a lock, which felt very uncomfortable. The window was left open and poorly covered with curtains, adding to the inconvenience. On top of this, the owners behavior was not good or cooperative, which made the situation worse. Overall, this was a very bad experience and one of the worst stays, especially when booking via FabHotel. Not recommended at all.

I booked this hotel directly from the FabHotel official website and PAID EXTRA for breakfast, yet the receptionist straight-up denied my breakfast without any proper explanation. This is pure cheating. I called FabHotel customer care THREE TIMES. Every time they put me on hold, then cut the call. Not once did they call back. This is beyond unprofessional and completely unacceptable. The hotel itself is very cheap in every sense. The room quality is pathetic, and the washroom is dirty and poorly maintained. Definitely not worth the money at all. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. No service, no responsibility, no respect for customers. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Total waste of money and time. FabHotel should be ashamed of such poor service and dishonest practices.

Worst experience ever. Completely misleading and unprofessional. This hotel has NO signboard at all, making it nearly impossible to find. The address and location shown on the website are completely false—the hotel is located in a totally different area. I wasted almost 1.5 hours roaming around just to locate this place. Adding to the frustration, the contact number provided was not reachable, showing absolute negligence and lack of responsibility. This is clear misrepresentation and caused extreme inconvenience, mental stress, and time loss. Such careless and misleading practices are unacceptable. I strongly warn others to avoid this hotel until they correct their address, location, and provide proper signage and a working contact number.
