Good Service, Prompt response,very co-operative staff,neat & clean room, best location, overall experience is good. U can stay this property without any hesitation.Easily accessible all things which is nearby.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The room was spacious, and whenever I called for service, it was provided on time, which I really appreciated. However, there were several issues that made the stay less comfortable. On arrival, I noticed a small cockroach in the room. The bed sheet was torn and didn’t seem freshly changed. The blanket cover was also torn and uncomfortable, and the pillow cover was loose, with the pillow slipping out. I had booked free breakfast, but it consistently arrived 40–50 minutes late, so I eventually stopped ordering it. Overall, while the staff service was prompt, the cleanliness and upkeep of the room need major improvement.
This hotel not suitable for high class people. Though room so spacious, but room Doors , toilets not good ,, room cub boards, ceiling fan, windows not clean . Breakfast not good , service people are so good . They to keep us good they do what we ask. But hotel room not good.

Things are not really very good ,rooms bedding and toilet are very unhygienic not recommended at all. Waist of money and time. Property look like a Oyo type hourly basis hotel.
It was the worst hotel i have ever been. They have mentioned hi tea in the site but refused to give. The room is totally different what they show online. The employee were ill-mannered, they shout out site my room. Overall all this was my experience is the hostel.
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Nirvana Residency. Despite having a confirmed booking via Brevistay and even calling the hotel a day before to reconfirm, I was shockingly denied check-in upon arrival. The hotel informed me they were fully booked and couldn't accommodate me. This left me stranded with my luggage, completely at a loss on where to go. I faced considerable stress and mental frustration, as well as the challenge of finding an immediate alternative. I had to visit 4-5 hotels before finally securing a place to stay, and I ended up paying significantly higher prices due to last-minute booking. My trip to Delhi was completely spoiled, with so much time and energy wasted. Adding to this, there was another group experiencing the same issue—they had even prepaid for their stay but were still refused a room. The hotel’s only response was to direct us to contact Brevistay, which was unhelpful given that the hotel itself was already full. This lack of professionalism and care for customers is unacceptable. I will never return to this hotel, nor recommend it to anyone. Nirvana Residency needs to seriously reconsider its approach to customer service and reliability.
