"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was well-organized and comfortable. I would especially like to mention Mr. Rahil, the manager, who was extremely professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. His friendly nature and attention to detail made the experience even better. The staff was also polite, the rooms were clean, and the overall service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and truly appreciate the hospitality shown by Mr. Rahil and the entire team."
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
It was perfect staying in the hotel as the hotel staff was very supportive and helpful. Room service was also up to mark and I have also enjoyed the food from the hotel . Thank you black stone hotel palace team for the perfect stay .
The location is good. The room in which I stayed was clean and today.
I had a quite okay experience. Infrastructure is not up to the mark as per FAB HOTELS, also breakfast charges added but they served bread tea to us in breakfast.Cleaneliness was good room was ok in the price range offered.
The hotel did not meet the expectations promised by FabHotel at all. Even though the property is also registered under OYO, the room quality was extremely poor. The room was dirty, the bed sheets and blankets were stained and unclean, and overall hygiene was completely ignored. The walls were in very bad condition with visible seepage, making the room look damp and poorly maintained. There were no proper basic arrangements, and the washroom door did not even have a lock, which felt very uncomfortable. The window was left open and poorly covered with curtains, adding to the inconvenience. On top of this, the owners behavior was not good or cooperative, which made the situation worse. Overall, this was a very bad experience and one of the worst stays, especially when booking via FabHotel. Not recommended at all.

Horrible place to stay. Avoid this hostel at any cost. The staff is rude, the receptionist has no clue how to run a hotel, and the overall experience was pathetic. Total waste of money.
Absolutely Disgusting & Unsafe – A Health Hazard, Not a Hotel I was initially given a room that was filthy, reeking of cigarette smoke, and in no condition to be offered to any guest. When I requested a change, the nightmare only deepened. The new room had bedsheets visibly stained with what appeared to be human body fluids. Upon requesting a mattress change, I was horrified to discover that the mattress underneath was stained with blood and other bodily fluids — a revolting and traumatic sight. The washroom was equally unsanitary, and the curtains were marked with gutka stains and spit. It genuinely felt like a serious health risk just to lie down on the bed. This place is not at all suitable for families — in fact, I’d question whether it’s safe for anyone. I immediately checked out of the hotel, and to add insult to injury, my refund is still pending. If you value hygiene, safety, and basic human dignity — avoid this hotel at all costs. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.
