Absolutely Disgusting & Unsafe – A Health Hazard, Not a Hotel I was initially given a room that was filthy, reeking of cigarette smoke, and in no condition to be offered to any guest. When I requested a change, the nightmare only deepened. The new room had bedsheets visibly stained with what appeared to be human body fluids. Upon requesting a mattress change, I was horrified to discover that the mattress underneath was stained with blood and other bodily fluids — a revolting and traumatic sight. The washroom was equally unsanitary, and the curtains were marked with gutka stains and spit. It genuinely felt like a serious health risk just to lie down on the bed. This place is not at all suitable for families — in fact, I’d question whether it’s safe for anyone. I immediately checked out of the hotel, and to add insult to injury, my refund is still pending. If you value hygiene, safety, and basic human dignity — avoid this hotel at all costs. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

Honest Review – A Disappointing Experience This has been, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve had so far. We had to urgently book a hotel due to an appointment elsewhere, and this property was locked in at the last moment. Our first mistake was paying for in advance without checking the room. The room provided was extremely cramped and uncomfortable. The condition of the room was unacceptable: Seepage on the walls Poorly maintained bathroom Overall lack of cleanliness and upkeep The staff service was unprofessional and apathetic, and made the experience even worse. To be fair, the food was decent but the tea was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Strong Recommendation: We had booked this property in an emergency but to anyone reading this: Even in an emergency, avoid this hotel. Delay your plans, pay extra elsewhere, but do not check in here unless you want to severely compromise on comfort, cleanliness, and basic service quality.

I had a very disappointing stay at FabHotel Jeet Stays (Booking ID: 2FAZMJ). The room was full of cockroaches and very unhygienic. The toilet door was broken, making the stay uncomfortable. Despite informing the reception multiple times, no action was taken to change the room. This was not the service promised at the time of booking. I expected basic cleanliness and maintenance, but the experience was extremely poor. I would not recommend this property unless FabHotels ensures proper hygiene and better service in the future.

My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. We got our room very late, and to make things worse, there was no hot water. Despite knowing about the issue, they still assigned us that room. After complaining, we were given another room, which was just as bad — most light bulbs didn’t work, the bed was broken, the curtains had cigarette burns, the fan was filthy, and the towels were dirty. There were no complimentary water bottles either; everything came with an extra charge. The service has gone downhill drastically compared to my previous visits. The worst part was the constant harassment about check-out. We got our room around 2:30 PM, but the next day at exactly 11 AM, staff started banging on the door, repeatedly asking when we were leaving. Even after telling them several times that we needed just 20 more minutes, different staff members kept asking the same question over and over. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away if you value basic comfort and decent service!

Pathetic Experience.. Firstly the location of property is not exactly the same as shared in location link of the booking.. neither the hotel staff is responding and supporting in searching out the hotel.. Upon check staff behaviour was not good and rude.. The room was in pathetic condition i.e Rusted shower, Rusted tap, Uprooted floor, Stained walls, Stained Sofa, torn bedsheet, Flat Mattress, they don't Even have keys ready of the rooms.. I have to insert a metro card to turn on the main switch of the room.. AC is set at 16 degrees and does not have a remote to adjust room temperature.. Landline also not working every time we have to go down from 10th floor for every small things like water and glasses.. only 1 lift was working which is taking at 5-7 min.. Tried to connect to the fab hotel and booking.com customer support while checkin and during stay but not received a single response.. Overall it was a waste of money and time..
