It was Awesome Stay ay Hotel Greysky and his Manager Mr Suraj is so cooperative person. All the staff are polite overall its Excellent experience.

We booked this hotel at last moment. Upon arrival late night at around 10:30 PM, we were informed at reception that one out of our 2 confirmed bookings had been cancelled due to “operational reasons.” There was some back-and-forth between hotel and booking aggregator (Booking.com) regarding responsibility, which took nearly an hour to resolve. Eventually, we had to arrange accommodation elsewhere for second room, which was quite inconvenient at that late hour. We were also advised not to venture too far at night due to safety concerns in the area, which made the situation more stressful. Regarding stay itself, the reception staff was polite, and understanding, which we truly appreciated. However, there were disturbances during the night. Hotel staff room was located near my allotted so called premium room, and there was considerable noise post-midnight, including repeated door banging, which affected my sleep. Additionally, there was significant traffic noise from road in front of the hotel, with bikers riding at high speed and using modified silencers and horns, further disturbing the night’s rest. Overall, while the staff was cooperative, the booking issue and noise disturbances.

Fraud Alert – Extremely Disappointing Experience This hotel and FabHotels are a complete fraud. We paid an advance amount for a room booking through FabHotels. Later, when we contacted the hotel directly, they clearly told us that they would not honor the booking or the advance payment because they have issues with FabHotels and claimed that ₹20 lakh of their money is stuck with FabHotels. Because of this, they said they are not accepting any bookings made via FabHotels. The hotel asked us to cancel the booking and book directly with them instead. When we contacted FabHotels for a refund, they were absolutely useless. Even after sharing email proofs and screenshots of our conversation with the hotel, FabHotels stopped responding completely. No resolution, no refund, no accountability. Our advance amount is gone, and there is no support from either the hotel or FabHotels. This is blatant cheating and harassment of customers. Such platforms should not be trusted at all. I would never recommend FabHotels to anyone. Save your money and stay away from this scam.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The management is arrogant, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to guest concerns. Instead of resolving issues, they argue and behave as if guests are doing them a favor by staying there. The staff is rude, poorly trained, and disrespectful. Basic hospitality is completely missing. Every interaction felt hostile and unpleasant. The hotel seems to operate with the sole intention of extracting as much money as possible. There are hidden charges, unnecessary rules, and absurd terms and conditions that are conveniently revealed only after you’ve checked in. This feels less like hospitality and more like deliberate exploitation. The room condition was terrible—poor hygiene, bad maintenance, and facilities that were either broken or unusable. The reality is nothing like the photos shown online. Overall, this place is a complete scam in the name of a hotel. Save your money, save your peace of mind, and stay somewhere else.

I booked this hotel directly from the FabHotel official website and PAID EXTRA for breakfast, yet the receptionist straight-up denied my breakfast without any proper explanation. This is pure cheating. I called FabHotel customer care THREE TIMES. Every time they put me on hold, then cut the call. Not once did they call back. This is beyond unprofessional and completely unacceptable. The hotel itself is very cheap in every sense. The room quality is pathetic, and the washroom is dirty and poorly maintained. Definitely not worth the money at all. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. No service, no responsibility, no respect for customers. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Total waste of money and time. FabHotel should be ashamed of such poor service and dishonest practices.
