This Oyo hotel is very good. You get all the facilities here. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is also very nice.
Staff were the best and the weather was nice
Washroom door lock was blocked (They know that before our check-in but still allotted the same room). Staff was not responding properly. Giving unnecessary attitude.Room was okay. Blanket and bedsheet was not good. Again asked them to replace it (They should take care of it before we check in). Plugs were not working properly for charging phones.
I am writing to share my disappointment with several aspects of our recent stay at your hotel, which did not meet even the basic expectations of comfort and hospitality. To begin with, there was no Wi-Fi or television available during our stay—amenities that were clearly listed at the time of booking. This lack of basic facilities was a major inconvenience. In addition, we noticed that hotel and cab rates seemed to vary depending on the customer, which felt unprofessional and unfair. Such inconsistent pricing practices create a sense of mistrust and discomfort. What made matters worse was the rude behavior of the staff. Instead of assisting us, the helpers were extremely uncooperative and dismissive. Basic courtesy and hospitality were clearly lacking throughout our visit. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel for a long stay. The lack of amenities, inconsistent pricing, and poor customer service made our visit far from enjoyable. I hope you take this feedback constructively and make the necessary improvements to provide a better experience for future guests.
No Wifi , T.V doesn't work. Poor hygiene. Smelly rooms. Do not order food unless u see the rates, food and water too much overpriced. Taxi charges changes as per customer. All in all they take advantage of location. I would not recommend this hotel.
From someone that has travelled a lot. Do not stay here.. Arrived they can't find the booking. Told me twice breakfast isn't included but how could they know without finding the booking. Poor state of building repair and after reading other comments on here I completely understand why...My booking included breakfast ,this is what they provided for that.. avoid thats my advice. To be fair some of the staff tried to be friendly but mostly they aren't interested in guests or being nice....my booking was found after I said I would cancel it..... I try to leave balanced reviews where I can so I would say the location is near to airport its walkable , thier is kfc opposite and stores so thats a positive but I have nothing good to say about this hotel.. remember you have been warned. The breakfast took 30mins to come. You really can't make this up for coffee which turned out to be tea and buttered bread.I was the only person in the dinning room..
Worst stay ever near airport – avoid this place Terrible experience. These guys are total scammers – trying to scam both Oyo and the guests. From the moment I checked in, nothing felt right.Some staff was super rude and clearly not interested in helping at all (some are acting to be helpful but with negative intentions). Room was not upto the mark and overall very poorly maintained. They even asked for extra money with fake reasons (after online reservation), and we had to payup because its late at night (Basically exploiting customers basis of their state). Felt like they were just waiting to trap tired travellers. Please don’t fall for this place. Not worth the stress. Would never recommend to anyone. Find some other mid level hotel nearby.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I have never stayed at a hotel that charges double the MRP for water bottles. Despite the high prices, the hospitality was extremely poor. The room service was terrible. I had to wait thirty minutes for my food, only to be given excuses and have my order canceled. Even breakfast was not served on time, which made me late for work. I strongly recommend avoiding such hotels. Worst management worst hospitality and worst pricing
Zero Stars - Worst Nightmare of a Hotel Stay in Goa I recently booked a stay through Agoda, and it turned out to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. My family and I checked into this low-cost OYO property in Goa late at night, expecting a decent stay, but it was an absolute nightmare. The photos on Agoda were completely misleading – the reality was nothing like what was advertised. The rooms were in terrible condition, with dirty sheets, a filthy bathroom, and a complete lack of hygiene and cleanliness. We felt so uncomfortable that we skipped breakfast and immediately left for our next destination. I’ve attached photos to show just how bad it was. This property was nothing short of a scam, and I am requesting a full refund for this terrible experience. If Agoda fails to address this issue, I will be filing a formal complaint with the consumer court. I strongly advise anyone considering this property or booking through Agoda to think twice. Spend a little more to stay somewhere that values cleanliness, honesty, and guest comfort. This was an appalling experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
I had a very disappointing experience with Hotel O Dewa Goa, near Dabolim Airport. They seem to exploit emergencies and take advantage of customers. I accidentally left a belonging in the hotel and called them to request its return to the airport, which is just 1 km away. Initially, they asked for details about the item, which is fine, but then they started questioning how I forgot it, which felt unnecessary. I offered ₹200 for them to deliver it to the airport, and they agreed, saying they would come in 10 minutes. However, after 10-15 minutes, they made excuses, claimed to be busy, and then demanded ₹500, promising to deliver it in 5 minutes. When I reluctantly agreed to pay ₹500, they appeared within 10 minutes. This behavior was unprofessional and felt like outright exploitation. Such actions are unacceptable, especially when customers are in need. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you value honest and respectful customer service.
