Generally i avoid giving negative views. but just to help other customers, please don’t ever book this. no lift. dirty rooms. geyser does not work. horrible service…

As breakfast was complimentary, they didn't provided us. when demanded they were telling just like they are helping us. firstly room.rent was rs.1300 per day but when reached at a one residency their behavior was not good didn't provide room arranged room in another place but charged 2500 per day. so refund the breakfast amount as well extra room.charges

Absolutely horrible, the staff, the room, the amenities provided, everything was so poorly done. they don't even care to fix the issues in their hotel even on repeated complaints. the ac does not work, the tap leaks, the door lock is broken. we were two guests yet they provided a single towel and when asked, they replied so rudely. is this the way you treat your customers? on calling the owner for help, he doesn't pickup and all he does is watch world cup.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

The room was clean. the surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. location is perfect if anyone wants to visit here in its full pride. perfect location, where everything is less than 10km's away.
