My stay at FabHotel Jaswinder Bhawan was excellent. Clean and comfortable rooms, polite staff, and a very convenient location. The nearby Gurudwara made the environment peaceful and spiritual. Truly value for money I would love to stay here again. Waheguru Jis eternal blessings be with all.
I reached at night but their response was good, staff behavior was also good and overall service was great.
Staff was very cooperative and provided room at convince too. The hotel is located at highway with proper connectivity to all the main locations.
A very good budget friendly hotel with very cooperative staff. They provided room at my convenience and rooms too were clean with balconies.
We had the Ganges flowing down my 1st floor room. That was an unforgettable experience. Big specious clean room with very clean toilet. Parking was free and available. No power cut and no hassle. Sardar Inderjit Singh is a great human being who looks after the bookings.
Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

AC of Room was not working too much sound of AC & was of under capacity, after complaint AC technician came after 1 hour and temporary arrangment was done. No water to drink in room was provided, only water dispenser was there in corridor that too was very smelly. Door chitakney was broken.Door bell was not working. Too much Foul Smell in washroom, after complaint room freshener was given but the problem was not solved. We have booked suites for our comfort. Booked suites with breakfast, but they refused to give.they don't have any information about it. Then I have shown my booking receipt,after that breakfast was provided. Suites are like this we have never seen & experienced. Sorry to say we were not satisfied.
I booked 3 hotel rooms through the Fab Hotel app at Fab Hotel City Pride Haridwar. Despite selecting my preferences for parking, room size, and connectivity, I was denied a room upon arrival with my family due to City Pride internal issues with Fab Hotel Company. After a lengthy discussion with Fab Hotels representatives, they offered to relocate my booking to another hotel without proper amenities or suitable parking. The situation was frustrating and uncomfortable, especially with elderly parents and small children in tow. I reluctantly agreed to the change but was dissatisfied with the alternative arrangements. I am disappointed with the lack of proper service and facilities and have requested a refund from Fab Hotels. I would not recommend using this app to others based on my experience.
