The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Hospitality, cleanliness, wide spread of lip smacking breakfast, amenities, ever smiling & helpful staff.

The hotel staff is lazy. Didnt even provide a water bottle. Even after repeated reminder there was no water. Location is not that great. Nothing around and isolated. Staff service can be improved. The hotel has not finished its construction yet. Just few rooms operational.
