I recently stayed at FabHotel The Hastings Club and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. Room Condition: 1/5 Despite booking a premium room, the overall condition was very poor. The first room I was shown had a terrible odor, and even among the three “premium” options shown to me, one was clearly below average—raising doubts about the quality of the rest. Bed: 1/5 The bed quality was extremely disappointing for a premium room. It lacked comfort and felt neglected. Bedsheet and Blankets: 1/5 The bedding was in poor condition and did not reflect the standards expected from a premium stay. Bathroom: 5/5 The only saving grace was the bathroom—it was clean and the geyser worked perfectly. Basic Amenities: 1/5 There were no basic amenities provided like a water bottle, comb, etc., which are generally expected, especially in a premium room. Location: 5/5 The location was excellent and convenient. Overall Experience: It seems the only benefit I got from booking a premium room was access to a clean bathroom. I can't imagine the condition of the standard rooms given this experience. The AC also wasn’t functioning properly initially but worked after room service set it to 16°C. Very disappointing stay overall.

I stayed here for six days and booked the premium room with breakfast. However upon arrival it came to my notice that the rooms at premium charges are small and claustrophobic. At that price range you could easily get a bigger room elsewhere. Further the hotel does not have a kitchen of its own and instead provides breakfast from local road side food stalls and only 3 items are provided i.e. for veg - 3 bhature- aloo daal or 4 puri-aloo daal or 2 small bread butter. That is it. You will have to adjust with this Unhealthy breakfast for 6 days. Outside noise can easily disturb you at night. The rooms are dirty as you can easily easy dirt behind the almirah, bed sides, and other spaces. Even the room service does not bother to clean that as well. Overall you can have better experience elsewhere. This is not worth the price that I shelled out.

1) When logged in they asked us to pay extra 2) We requested them to give the same room beforehand to change the dress after coming back from interview and they agreed and we kept our luggages there. But when we returned they gave us a dirty room to change(fyi we reached before 11:20 and check in for next day starts at 12) 3) Charged 30 per water bottle, it is not complimentary and they won't tell you that, usually one or two bottles are complimentary in every hotels per day. Per bottle costs only 15 and they charged 30 for one. 4) You will be able to access Wifi for sometime then they turn it off and you have to use your data.

I found them to be unhelpful and at times, rude. This created an unwelcoming atmosphere, which is not what I expect from a reputable hotel. Secondly, I was surprised to find extra charges on my bill that were not explained. I would appreciate a detailed breakdown of these charges and a justification for them. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and take steps .

Would have rated minus if that was an option. Extremely shabby and shady hotel. Not suitable for families. The room had spit marks on the walls, the bathroom stinked, and the sheets were used (had stains)! They had to spray room freshener in the room before check-in to mask the foul smell, but that eventually weared off! I booked this for 2 nights because the rating on booking.com was above 8. Details below: 1. They took the full payment without showing the room 2. They charged Rs 500 for checking in 2 hours early, though there were very few guests in the hotel. They wanted this payment in cash only! 3. The other rooms that were occupied when I arrived got vacated by night. There was no family. This was concerning; I even saw junkies outside the hotel in the evening. As a woman travelling alone, it felt very unsafe. There was no proper security, too. 4. The hotel reception staff were rude. When my friend arrived, they took her adhaar card and said, "Since you're going out, we will keep the card and return it when you're back. Meanwhile, we will scan it to register you. " We had to be persistent to get it back then and there. 5. They laughed it off when I mentioned how bad their room hygiene was Now I know why rooms were available here despite the last-minute requirement. No one wants to stay in such a shady place. I CHECKED OUT the same day because of the experience. They didn't even adjust any amount.

I have booked at late night from Oyo when reached approx 1.15am they said, you booked room not available if you want to be stay you have to pay extra 600 because premium rooms available I had not any option because it was already mid Night and I had a meeting in early morning So I decided to pay extra and stayed there. They promised me your invoice for total amount will be updated on OYO site, but not updated After repeated calls, they noted my numberand now not picking phone after first call. Even they not provided complementary breakfast also. In morning, there was no water available in the bathroom, after repeated calls and about half an hour wait, they started motor. Please avoid this type of cheaters

The bedsheet had ciggarette burn. The duvet was very dirty and had disgusting spots on it. When I asked them to change it, the staff made a face and said its fine only. I had to ask them thrice to change it and even then the new ones were not properly cleaned. I stayed there for two days there was no house keeping service provided and the room was not cleaned. There were no toiletries provided as well. I asked for room service they mentioned they have it available. And after waiting for half an hour they said they can't provide room service. The only good thing was the location as it was very close to Park Street. My worst experience ever staying in a hotel.

I made a mistake to book this hotel. The room was not cleaned, even the bed sheets and pillows... rooms are not as same as the uploaded pictures. the location is good but the surroundings are bad. Breakfast was really bad. They don't have a proper hall for breakfast, and they serve you very poor-quality light parathas and tea. Worthless Services of the hotel, and the staff of the hotel is don't worry for your requirements. No Shop and Shampoo no other required things are provided in the washroom. I don't recommend to book this.

For the price you pay, you can find way better places. Made a mistake staying here. The staff was hot and cold. Some really cold haha, one guy shoved me out of the way. The rooms are not good at all, got the premium room (first they put me in the normal and had to ask to switch). The rooms were not clean, neither were the bedsheets. I would NOT recommend. It has potential but the ownership do not care and think they are doing a service for people paying. Location is just okay. Edit: I was very confused on the hotels rating but looks like fake reviews and lots of people with just one review…. take that with a grain of salt
