Very disappointing experience at FabHotel Golden Hitech, Hyderabad. I had already paid the full booking amount of 5,244 through FabHotels for a 3-night stay. When my wife and I reached the hotel slightly early, we were asked to pay 500 extra for early check-in, which we still agreed to respectfully. But what happened next was shocking. The hotel owner/staff demanded an additional 237, claiming FabHotels had transferred less money to them. Even after showing my payment confirmation and invoice clearly from the FabHotels app, they continued arguing with me in front of my wife as if I had done something wrong. As a customer, why should I suffer because of internal payment issues between FabHotels and the hotel owner? The behavior was extremely unprofessional, humiliating, and mentally stressful. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt embarrassed and guilty for even choosing this hotel. Hospitality means making guests feel comfortable and respected not cornering them into arguments over payments already made online. What disappointed me even more was the lack of proper escalation and response from FabHotels support after raising this issue. I genuinely hope no other customer faces this kind of treatment in the future

When I checked in the TV was not functioning so the whole night I couldnt watch TV, but when I inform the next day, no one turned up till next day evening The room was fully infested with cockroaches i by myself had killed around 8 to 10 roaches next day when the Cleaning happened, they didnt even remove the dead. Cockroach and bins were not even cleaned I informed the reception to clean the room and to change the linen as the sheets were torn but the same line was used without changing the same torn Bedsheet was still lying till I checked out, not a good experience

Decent rooms nothing special but does the work. Fine staff not super trained but does the work. Close from consulate general of US.

Find roaches in the room Cleaning consistency is missing

The receptionist tone of talking is not good ,and they don't provide the amenities that are shown while booking ,and the main door is not good ,it makes noise when we close and open the bathroom door ,the AC is just working and the things are some what damaged ,please maintain every hotels to the same standard,so that I can book without a second thought if I see the brand of fabhotels

Washroom was not clean and when we complained, they literally came and cleaned when we were still in the room. They could have just given a different room. But even after cleaning, the washroom looks very dirty. Also there were no bathrroom mat and dust bin in the room... Wr had to go and request them for these things. Bad experience

Room is full off hair and stain on bed and lots of mosqitos. , evn bedsheat is has lots off stain on it and. Not having. Higinic

While booking customer care did not say earlier check in amount, but hotel peoples with out early check-in amount did not accept. Feely very disappoint. Wrost customer care. Hotel reception people is arrogent
