We spent five nights here for my personal things and everything was excellent and location is very close to my destination.As will as the room and all very comfortable and definitely recommended to my friends and family . Only one issue the hotel staff they charge for water bottles without given and we won’t argue with them and pay for it. Kindly advice and teach them how to behave with customer.

The place is located of the highway making it dusty and polluted in genral. No tarred roads around the building. The TV and phone did not work in our room. The place is under construction making it even more messy. The whole property was covered is layers of fine construction dust. The furniture is tacky and dilapidated. The bathrooms are congested, with rusty fixtures and stained tiles. The staff is accommodating but in no way makes up for the below average amenities at this property. The 1/2 lt bottle of water is insufficient and cheap for the price of the room. Also, providing only one towel when a family with two adults and a child have checked in… seemed like they are desperately cutting corners.

Had to stop to take a shower before we board our long haul flight. Oh boy did I do a mistake? Was at this inn around 5:45 AM and there’s no one at reception. Had to call and knock the doors to find the person responsible. I was expecting a semi decent room and instead we were greeted with a moldy room with questionable stains on the walls. Toilet flush didn’t work and had to use bucket to send off my poop which I was holding for 8 hours. I didn’t even bother to ask for towels. I’m not sure what this place is and will definitely recommend it to my worst enemies. Edit : There’s much going on here. See all those fake reviews posted exactly around same dates. A very average stay, but that’s expected from a budget hotel. The good part was that the rooms and washroom were clean. However, the bedsheets, pillow covers, and towels had little stains, which bothered me, and they were just rearranged the next day instead of being changed. The washroom had issues too—slow water flow, an initially unclean water supply, a non-functional shower, and a broken hand pipe near the commode. Basic toiletries like soap, toothpaste, and a toothbrush were not provided, so carry your own. The biggest disappointment was the non-working WiFi, which they didn’t even attempt to fix. No in-house food service except breakfast (which I didn’t try), so you have to rely on Zomato/Swiggy. Wouldn’t recommend if you need a hassle-free stay.They also added a fake review on booking.com under my name

I had a terrible stay at this place. The service is extremely pathetic and receptionist is not at all available. I reached there to check in at midnight but no one was present there at reception which made me to wait for one hour. Not only that, I had preferred room with breakfast, however they provided me the same low quality breakfast everyday. When i requested for tea, they immediately denied and said they have to go far away from the hotel to get the tea. The other thing is, there is no privacy and calmness there, they always kept playing music on their mobile phones loudly which was extremely frustrating. The hygiene is also poor and no room service. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fab Hotels? What a joke. I booked a room three days ahead, thinking I was set. Get to the hotel at 9:30 PM, tired as hell, and they tell me it's full. FULL! No heads-up, no call, nothing. Seriously, what kind of messed up system is that? Imagine if I'd shown up at midnight, totally stranded, no room, no warning. That's just asking for trouble. Thank God the guy at the front desk actually had a brain and helped me find a place 15 kilometers away. He did your job, Fab. Then, the absolute nerve of your team calling me up to ask, "How was your experience with Fab?" Are you kidding me?! How was it? It was a goddamn nightmare! Never again. I will never book with Fab Hotels. Ever.

The room was stinky and uncomfortable, the booking included breakfast but they didn't provide me and said, your booking didn't include breakfast, even i did show the booking invoice/ message and it was clearly mentioned that the breakfast is included, and I left for the office in a hurry without any argument. The same day, late evening I just came outside for a walk, I saw 2-3 outsiders drinking with hotel staff, I felt insecure and went inside, and the next day I checked out, (girls please do not book this hotel at any cost, not safe at all), therefore, i booked a room till 30th June, and they changed me for 2 days amount including cancellation charges.

I booked a hotel room 15 days ago, when I went to the hotel, I noticed the following defects.. 1. As soon as I fixed the sheet, I found a condom there, I complained to the employee and threw it away... 2. After that I went to sleep and there was no small light then I complained and they gave the same evasive reply. 3. When I started the geyser for bathing in the morning, electric current (earthing) was coming from it and water was not coming, again I complained, I got the same reply that I am sorry. 4. I ordered breakfast and was told that there is no chef in our hotel It is only a loot of money, nothing else

It was the worst experience I had. Online was showing the rooms availability. Based on it I had been to the property in the middle of the night. To my surprise, the hotel was locked from inside and when called the mobile number which was pasted on their door, the agent said that there were no rooms and he did not even have the courtesy to open the main doors and allow me to stay in the reception/ lobby in spite of requeating that I am a single lady and it was already midnight. No courtesy.

Pathetic hotel . It not even a hotel. Located somewhere between industrial area. Airport is nearly 5-7 km away from it. No market ,restaurant or any kind of service available near by. Rooms are in bad condition. Nd service is worst. At the time of Booking they said food and airport pick up drop service available but when we reached there, no service available.. don't waste your time and money. Better to book a decent hotel in better location.
