Good service happy to stay again with Am suites hotel.

Receptionist behaviour was reckless When Iam booked in online they said why you book in online like reckless way The way receptionist treated me was so bad He try to catch the money in counter that's not safe for new customers.... Receptionist choosen only high payments by the new persons Reckless behaviour by receptionist

No cleaning schedule on particular day. No one is providing even water untill you were asking to repeation . Toilet not clean daily b base if stay for 5 days. Mosquito were around the room.

The hotel is in its initial stage, and the facilities are basic, like the floor tiles, washroom, TV(show piece, not in run condition). The hotel don't provide tea/coffee in the complimentary breakfast, which is a must-have. I'll suggest to a corporate office person, consider avoiding this hotel.

Worst service. We checked in late in the night at 11.30pm as our train reach only by them. I had already informed the arrival time to hotel by afternoon and asked them to keep a room ready. But when we got the room it wasn't prepared for a stay. No toothpaste, no towels, not even a foot mattress near the bathroom. When I contacted the receptionist on duty at that time, he was extremely rude..to cite an example he was pressing the room calling bell continuously without even leaving a gap of one second to show his irritation and that scared our 3 year old child..worst stay and definitely don't prefer if you staying with family.

This is the most pathetic hotel. Please do not book this hotel for any family or business trips. The staff here are very arrogant and doesn’t respect the customers. The rooms are very ugly and smells very badly. Hotel doesn’t provide a room freshener also. No kitchen available and breakfast will be brought from outside and will be given in rooms. Better not to book this hotel.

The service is pathetic. When we went to check-in, the rooms were not ready. They took us to 3 different rooms and none of them were ready. After a few angry sermons from my end, they finnally gave a room but even this room was not good in terms of basic hygiene. The location link provided was wrong. I can go on and on.

Rooms are very dirty,Service very poor ,no hygiene at all for staffs and rooms.lines are full stains and dirty.AC not working.overall very bad experience. What in the website not exactly there and people who looks pictures after book the rooms … please don’t expect the same

Hotel staff not provide breakfast.

They want the money before letting you do anything else (even you pay an advance before checking in) The manager is a strange character We were charged money because a towel got dirty...what about just washing it like billion hotels are doing ? We checked out some minutes after checking in ! Never going back to a FabHotel !
