The food is good but the prices are high.. The people who work there are very efficient.,.It's okay, there are some good rooms if you talk to them first. If you go online, it's one thing, if you talk offline, it's another.. Once you book online, you can talk to the hotel people.

It's not a Fab hotel as claimed but Oyo. I booked 5 rooms for four days but one of the rooms was not a standard one and not like those in the pics. I had to argue with them the next day to get a better one and they provided it the second day. I tried to pay bill with the card at the time of check in but the receptionist told they charge extra 2 percent for that which is against RBI norms but since it was mid night and I had elderly people and young children with me I had to oblige. The receptionist seemed quite rude at the time. It was a bit straining. He seemed ok later though. I again had to ask for bathroom towel and toileteries. They provided only one towel for four days in an executive room. Hot water was not available most of the times in bathroom. The room I stayed was flooded with streetlight during the night. Rooms were clean , bed and sheets were neat and tidy. Location is in a (gully) street but is very convenient. It claimed to be a three star hotel but is far below that.

No and no ventilation. All taps always hit water was coming. No towels soap and water bottle in the room for everything we had to ask. There was some issue with motor and. No water in the bathroom. All that we expect is atleast to. Give a bucket of water in the rooms which was not given inspite of multiple reminders. Overall a very bad stay experience

We have booked rooms in this hotel for five days. Today we will check in. I will update the review based on the experience. Update: No WiFi, breakfast is arranged from outside without tea, only one water bottle per room with two occupants. Worst than expected. If someone is reading this review, you can rectify the issues as we will be staying here for four more days. Worst hotel experience of my life This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The maintenance is extremely poor—rooms were not properly cleaned, fittings were broken, and basic upkeep was clearly ignored. Although the reception area looked good, the receptionist was highly unprofessional, lacking basic courtesy and professionalism expected in the hospitality industry. The staff overall was unhelpful and uninterested in resolving issues. Complaints were either delayed or completely ignored. The ambience was very unpleasant, giving a clear feeling of neglect and discomfort throughout the stay. It was definitely not worth the money. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel until serious improvements are made in maintenance, staff behavior, and guest service.

Very bad experience. The hotel was not clean at all. The toilet seat cover was broken, and the bathroom was unhygienic and poorly maintained. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bed springs made continuous noise, which disturbed our sleep. Overall cleanliness and maintenance were extremely disappointing. Also, the images shown online do not seem to reflect the actual condition of the room and appear misleading. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made.

One of the worst experience at reception. Due to some technical glitch my name is not shown in his app. I already showed my voucher but they denied me to entry l. I waited more than 2 hours for getting a room. AGAIN then not providing me to breakfast as name is not shown but fortunately after restarting the app my name is shown and then provide breakfast. Cockroaches every where....ac not working....staff are very rude...if any thing asked they say go contact fabhotel. Very disappointed with my stay.
