"There was no water purifier (RO)in the hotel. We were asked to buy water bottles each time and the cost of 1 litre bottle was charged more than the MRP. The hotel staff asked us to book offline and not from the fab application. They said as it is a weekday thats why we are providing the room otherwise we would have cancelled it if you book online through app. This is a serious problem as we book the room through a reputed app in a reputed hotel and then the staff cancels the reservation."

"When I reached the hotel, the staff came after a long time, then I checked in and as soon as I saw the room, I was given a very useless room, then later I changed the room three times, in which the gate was not looking proper and the AC cooling of the room in which I stayed was very less, so it was a good experience"
