He went out of his way to fulfill all our requests, ensuring every aspect of our stay was perfect. The hotel is truly the best budget-friendly option in Indore. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. My entire family enjoyed the stay thoroughly. The highlight was the breakfast—it was a delightful Indori-style feast that we all loved! It was the perfect way to immerse ourselves in the local culture and start our day. If you're traveling with family and looking for a place that combines excellent service, great food, and affordability, Hotel Santoor is the ideal choice. Highly recommended!

Our room was ready and everything was good. Value for money. Though they don't serve food according to one's requirements but other than food, it can be an ideal place to live under a moderate budget.

Check in and check out experience was unethical and unprofessional. Hotel location is good but u can always hear road sound inside rooms. All 3 person at reception counter are careless unprofessional who just don't care about guest and busy in ordering timely tea for themselves. One person takes room booking at reception in evening for next day and confirms and next person denies that booking next day by calling you to check out and ready to shift you out to another hotel. Not a pleasant stay experience. Just an average hotel without ethics. No toiletries available as well. Water cooler on 2nd floor broken.

I booked a deluxe room for 2days and it was my biggest mistake. The room is soo dirty there is a stain of spit on the walls. The towel, bedsheets are pathetic. No rodessional staff at reception. It's a suggestion to kindly do not book this hotel thinking it's a good hotel. It is not.
