Great staff, polite and helpful. Location's good as well, within 10 minutes drive from major shopping malls.

The hotel was budget friendly and also the staaf was cooprative ,but there are some issues like power cuts, bedsheets have some kind of marks and the big problem is there is too much noise all night from another rooms ,like door open door closing and other this is so much disturbing.

There was no hot water in bathroom in December winter. Basic toiletries were missing. There was lot of noise in the night from the floor above. We didn't have a pleasant experience.

One of the worst hotel in this region. 1.No service on time. 2.Room are old style. 3.No one pick call in hotel. 4.Lift work like 1970 life. 5.No cattel in room. Please avoid booking this property.

The rooms were not very clean and the washrooms were also quite dirty. Hot water was available only in morning for 1 hour. The hotel doesn't look like the images they have posted.

Very bad rooms!! Shabby and pathetic bathroom… have posted nice pics on websites but nothing close to that !! NOT RECOMMENDED to anyone No water given nor hot water kettle - bad bad bad room

Room boy was helpful, but the hotel was not worth, they dont have proper kits available in the bathroom, even when i asked them for shaving kit, they denied. Morever they dont have breakfast buffet menu, very limited options like paratha and poori toast thats it, they dont have restaurant facility as well, no blowers in room, for every single item we have to call them. Furthermore i don’t recommend anyone to book this hotel , in this amount one can easily booked a brand budget hotel room with all basic amenities which they shown in online app but they dont have.

No Sync between Fab people & the staff at the hotel..... I booked family room at Jalandhar Corporate suites through Fab and when I checked in at the Hotel the staff there informed me that the Fab have booked a premium room for us .....I had to pay extra for getting the adequate accommodation. Very bad on the part of Fab Hotels

Stay was pathetic and room service was not upto the mark and standards. Food was okay but over priced. There was no hot water in the bathroom and bed was not good as well Somehow, slept or managed 4-5 hours and then I checked-out to some other hotel.

I don't think they have given best service. Very delayed check in. The hotel staff is very rudely sleeping until 7 to 8. No cooperative room is also so smelly and frustrated . I think the others oyo hotel is best according to the this hotel
