The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

I had a great experience at Fabs Hotel Stay Inn Raza Bazar. The service was excellent—staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was top-notch, which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, a well-maintained hotel that offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

This property is good for single/double traveler. Located in residential vicinity of Bangur Avenue. The room I stayed was very small with a tiny attached bathroom. The room doesn't have any ventilation. AC is good, Wi-Fi is also good and uninterrupted. Lift is there. No inhouse kitchen, but food can be ordered from outside restaurants. Service staffs are cooperative. Kolkata's few best non vegetarian restaurants has their outlets nearby. Value for money.

Nothing to dream about this Dream Plaza. Though a good spot near Biswas Bangla, this place needs management and discipline. The place is not maintained properly, you will not be able to walk barefoot inside the room, it's full of dust and sand. Furniture and plugins are in a bad shape. The staff with food came directly inside the room, without asking properly. The toilet window was broken. At last, there are several decent options at lower this price range around the zone.

Room was ok Not as per pics shown online. Service was also ok. I had to ask for each stuff Towel ,dental kit ,bottle Although they said we dnt provide dental kit which is basic stuff provided by every hotel. After asking for towel. Only one towel was provided reason being given the dnt have enough towel as of now. Had to order food from their restaurant which was ok. They need lot of improvement.

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. I am talking here about all the staff I interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. The informations receied were always correct and I felt safe. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for the money.

It was the worst hotel ever I stayed, first we have to wait till 12:30pm then our room get ready for check in, then we ordered our lunch on 12:45pm and they deliver the lunch around 3:10 pm , in night we again order a bottle of water but they forgot it and after 1 hr when I call them again then they deliver the bottle, and the room balcony is also attached with another room, and the balcony gate was transparent, there was only one curtain. The hotel staffs didn't tell us that the balcony is attached to other room. We came to know this thing at night and we saw that our balcony gate's lock is also broken, so we stayed for the whole day with this kind of privacy, and they are also using the balcony for hanging clothes at the same time when we are in the room, this is worst hotel, worst service, worst food ever, Dear Fab Hotel , I will never visit your any hotel in future, and never recommend anyone for Fab hotel, and not a single person in my whole family and friends circle will visit your hotel , and also not recommend to anyone. Your guys just spoiled my vacation, I checked out in one day and staying in another hotel which is far better than this hotel .

I had a very disappointing stay at Feb Hotel New Annapurna. My room cost ₹1700 per night and included breakfast and dinner, but the hotel claimed they didn’t have any record of it. Even after placing an order, it took over an hour to get the food. On top of that, they added extra charges to my bill at checkout without any explanation. The service was extremely poor and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the money — I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Most of these comments are fake! That's the true : 1. Service here is terrible, the worst! 2. Staff is the worst from all negative, totally not helpful - u need to request few times for same topic for the things u pay!!! 3. 1700inr for hotel with huge amount of cockroaches? I killed there minimum 30 of them in three nights 4. I changed 4 times Rooms wasting lots of time because of lies from reception that In other rooms is better situation 5. When I arrived they didn't have my booking, I had to wait 30 min for check in because the guy couldn't find my booking and in the end they delete my booking and because of that I can not give reference - smart 6. Dont take breakfast! U gonna thank me 7. Don't expect any quiet there
