"Bhai bahut faltu & ghatia hotel hai. Bilkul v koi yeha booking nahi kariyega. Ekdum 3rd class hotel hai. Online mein jo aapko service dikhta hai wo sab kuch v nahi milta hai. 1. A/C not working 2. Wi-Fi password not given 3. T. V channel not available. 4. Doormat not available. 5. Freez not working. 6. Hot water cately not working. 7. Bucket & Mug not available in washroom. 8. Lunch delivery 90 min after order. 9. Lot of cockroaches in the room. 10. Room is not cleaned daily basis."

"I asked them for lunch they gave me after one and half hour later..It was so pathetic in taste..They use borewell water which made my skin itchy and hair dry and tangledThere was no asking for housekeepingThere was no connection for the dish tvtheir beds have springs on them without good mattressI had to spent 4 days bcoz I was helpless and yeah also they asked me to pay them offline not to pay directly through the app..Overall it was a bad experience"

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
