The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

I had a very good stay. The location is excellent — close to many places of interest and very well connected. The room was super spacious, which was a big plus. Some things were a bit basic or worn, but overall, it worked fine for what I needed. The staff was kind and helpful. At first, the bed felt a bit firm, but I ended up sleeping really well, so it wasn’t a problem in the end. Overall, I’m happy with my choice and everything went smoothly.

This property is good for single/double traveler. Located in residential vicinity of Bangur Avenue. The room I stayed was very small with a tiny attached bathroom. The room doesn't have any ventilation. AC is good, Wi-Fi is also good and uninterrupted. Lift is there. No inhouse kitchen, but food can be ordered from outside restaurants. Service staffs are cooperative. Kolkata's few best non vegetarian restaurants has their outlets nearby. Value for money.

Decent stay... Value for money... Room was okay.. Location wasn't great as the approach road was narrow. Near Park street yet so far. Didn't expect much from service but people were generally nice.. Mostly ate in Park street.

Literally amazing, The bed is great, the bathroom is fantastic and the service and location are also wonderful. The food is so so great too . I originally booked 2 nights here but quickly upped my stay to 10 days!

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. I am talking here about all the staff I interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. The informations receied were always correct and I felt safe. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for the money.

Room Condition: 1/5 Despite booking a premium room, the overall condition was very poor. The first room I was shown had a terrible odor, and even among the three “premium” options shown to me, one was clearly below average—raising doubts about the quality of the rest. Bed: 1/5 The bed quality was extremely disappointing for a premium room. It lacked comfort and felt neglected. Bedsheet and Blankets: 1/5 The bedding was in poor condition and did not reflect the standards expected from a premium stay. Bathroom: 5/5 The only saving grace was the bathroom—it was clean and the geyser worked perfectly. Basic Amenities: 1/5 There were no basic amenities provided like a water bottle, comb, etc., which are generally expected, especially in a premium room. Location: 5/5 The location was excellent and convenient. Overall Experience: It seems the only benefit I got from booking a premium room was access to a clean bathroom. I can't imagine the condition of the standard rooms given this experience. The AC also wasn’t functioning properly initially but worked after room service set it to 16°C. Very disappointing stay overall.

It was the worst hotel ever I stayed, first we have to wait till 12:30pm then our room get ready for check in, then we ordered our lunch on 12:45pm and they deliver the lunch around 3:10 pm , in night we again order a bottle of water but they forgot it and after 1 hr when I call them again then they deliver the bottle, and the room balcony is also attached with another room, and the balcony gate was transparent, there was only one curtain. The hotel staffs didn't tell us that the balcony is attached to other room. We came to know this thing at night and we saw that our balcony gate's lock is also broken, so we stayed for the whole day with this kind of privacy, and they are also using the balcony for hanging clothes at the same time when we are in the room, this is worst hotel, worst service, worst food ever, Dear Fab Hotel , I will never visit your any hotel in future, and never recommend anyone for Fab hotel, and not a single person in my whole family and friends circle will visit your hotel , and also not recommend to anyone. Your guys just spoiled my vacation, I checked out in one day and staying in another hotel which is far better than this hotel .

I had a very disappointing stay at Feb Hotel New Annapurna. My room cost ₹1700 per night and included breakfast and dinner, but the hotel claimed they didn’t have any record of it. Even after placing an order, it took over an hour to get the food. On top of that, they added extra charges to my bill at checkout without any explanation. The service was extremely poor and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the money — I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
