This was the worst experience. i checked in the room at 11:00 pm and they harassed me by saying that my father also needed a photo id card even when i who booked the room was carrying my id (never happened in my life). talking about the room! it smelled like a toilet! they don’t have the basic courtesy to provide water bottles with the room, they provide some tap water which they call ro. they charge you extra for your car parking in their own premises. the phone in the room doesn’t work. when you ask anything they say that thes are the rules and all. all the 5 star reviews are fake, probably some of their friends. nothing works! worst experience!

The location of the hotel is good however the hotel does not fall in the category of a 3-star hotel (as mentioned on google maps). the rooms are very small. the washrooms are less satisfactory. the bucket and mug were dirty enough to make someone vomit. the seat of the toilet in my washroom was detached. the fan of my room was dirty and throwing dust when switched on. no hangers were there in the almirah. the intercom was not working. the contact of the reception that was provided was giving no response. we can always find a better option at this price.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my hotel. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian
