The hotel exceeded our expectations in every single way! The staff were amazing! The room was amazing!

Beautiful interior design . Lovey designed room ; good food and great service and staff.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

The place, its cleanliness and there supportive staff was excellent.This hotel is completely value for money. Silence and thee behavior was also a great quality of them.

The room was very good, very spacious with a very nice living room. The bathroom was also very nice and good decorated.

Room basic services not provided water, towels and soap. Behaviour of staff was not appropriate.

The bed linen looked like it was not washed properly, if it was washed at all. The room given to me at first had mosquitoes, bed bugs and a lot of garbage (hair and shampoo plastics) in the room. Upon requesting, they showed me multiple rooms, which of course were in terrible condition. Finally 101 on the ground floor was a bit of a better room.
