Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. After taking Token amount, the team started pointing out issues and additional shortcomings which were never informed earlier. The booking was confirmed at a specific amount, however later we were charged more than the agreed booking price, which is completely unethical. Despite multiple calls and messages, the assigned team member (Anjali) stopped responding entirely. Due to this lack of communication, our guests faced significant inconvenience and stress. Worst of all, without prior information or consent, the confirmed hotel was changed and guests were shifted to a cheaper, lower-category hotel. This caused embarrassment and discomfort to our guests. Because of this experience, we will discontinue any future business and strongly do not recommend this service to others.

The bed linen looked like it was not washed properly, if it was washed at all. The room given to me at first had mosquitoes, bed bugs and a lot of garbage (hair and shampoo plastics) in the room. Upon requesting, they showed me multiple rooms, which of course were in terrible condition. Finally 101 on the ground floor was a bit of a better room.
