I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. In my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. Our room was very comfortable. The restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. Food was very good and the choice was amazing.

The staff made me call fabhotels customer service and ask them to increase the fare by ₹200. The behaviour of the staff is extremely awful. Their rooms are actually great. Neat and clean, affordable. I planned to give a nice review to the owner while checking out, but it seems they have the regular and cheap tourist place guest house caretaker attitude. They asked me to rate them 5 stars here, otherwise they will charge me ₹30 more for the complimentary bisleri water bottle! Dirt cheap tactics!

This hotel is a scam. If you are a business traveller and need bills for reimbursements or an honest tax payer who doesn’t save a few hundred rupees in tax don’t ever book them. I booked this hotel through Agoda on first of May for two nights upon reaching the hotel. I was told that my booking got cancelled because I was late. Was late in the night and I was completely exhausted, so I booked off-line as suggested by the receptionist. They come across as very genuine and polite people. Upon checkout they gave me receipt book (Kachcha) food bills. Since last one and a half month, I am asking for the room rent bill and that too with taxes to find my reimbursement and they are not responding.

I wish i can give zero star. Booked two rooms for three adults however mistakenly selected 2 adults, it is clearly mentioned that each room has capacity of two adults and 2 kids under age of 5 years as long as share same bed. However, reception person rudely talk to my parents who were kept standing for almost an hour. They also charged 700 for extra bedding for each rooms. This is worst experience ever, they don’t have basic etiquettes to be in hotel and service industry.
