"Worst hotel I stayed ever...room was smelling like anything...bedsheet and pillow were so dirty and smelling very bad...not even this room was too smelling so bad...I asked the staff to change the room but they denied...worst experience ever...staff behaviour was not professional"

"This was my first visiting lucknow, but if you are visiting lucknow according to me this one is the best hotel so far. I'm saying this from personal experience I reached late night around 1:00 Am and i was hungry they served me midnight even the cook was slept but the way they was cooperative it's absolutely fantastic and the good that was served "astonishing" Must consider this if you are newbie in lucknow."

We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge.
