"Im writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at one of your properties. I had the worst experience and feel compelled to share my concerns. First of all, I had called ahead to confirm my arrival time, only to be told by the manager that my room would not be provided because the price I booked at was too low. This is outrageousif the price was not acceptable to the hotel, why did you partner with FabHotel and offer a discount? The issue was eventually resolved after I contacted FabHotels customer care, but this should never have happened. If the pricing was an issue between you and FabHotel, it should not affect your guests. Secondly, when we arrived at the hotel, the manager demanded Aadhar cards from all four members of my party. One of us didnt have the back side of the card immediately available, and we assured him that we would provide it by the evening. Instead of accommodating this, the manager rudely told us we couldnt check in without it. Its unacceptable to speak to guests in such a manner, especially when we had already booked and paid for the room. Once we checked in, the problems only got worse. The TV and Wi-Fi were not working, and there were major water issues. The bathrooms flush wasnt functioning, and when I called room service to report it, I was shockingly told to "manage with my own" because they were aware of a plumbing issue. If you know about such issues, why arent they repaired before guests arrive? On top of that, the water in the shower stopped intermittently, making it extremely difficult to bathe, and the room was infested with mosquitoes. To add to this appalling experience, there was an incident where a group of boys got stuck in the hotels lift. When one of their friends asked the manager for help, the manager told him that they needed to rescue themselves and that he wouldnt help! This is absolutely disgraceful behavior and shows a complete lack of concern for guest safety. FabHotel, if you want to maintain your reputation and grow as a brand, I strongly suggest you reconsider your relationship with this property or replace the entire staff, especially the manager. This was the worst hotel experience Ive ever had, and I will not be returning to this property. I advise anyone else considering this hotel to think twice and look elsewhere for accommodation."

Attitude of staff makes you feel disgusted, anything that you highlight or ask for is unheard. Never plan your stay in this place. I was bluffed & fooled looking at the reviews, ended up making biggest mistake to book it for stay."

"One of the worst hotels I ever booked in my entire life, most of the rooms were stinking, bedsheets smelling, rooms were full of cockroaches, I was forced to sleep with lights on as if anyone sleeps with lights off cockroaches will come allover bed and our body and face, there were multiple cockroaches small to huge ones, you can't even go out with lights off, as all the cockroaches will come on bed when you arrive from outside, hotel room was different than what was showed while booking, this will certainly damage Fab brand and break customer trust on fab"

"These hotels do not allowed guest other than one who is having a booking with them. if any of your family friends comes to visit you at your stay during a daytime... they will charge you for additional guest. very unrealistic thing I faced. yesterday on 17 Aug. one of my guest comes to visit me... we planned to have lunch but unfortunately they do not have inhouse restaurant I have to order for room service so I place order at reception and I took the guest at my room because reception is cozy. Make sure if any of your family friends are coming to visit you you should have hotel with inhouse restaurant where you can meet with them. Because if you take them with you for lunch in your room... Hotel. People will charge you as an extra person occupancy. When hotel people informed me about extra pay is 500 and give me option to at counter or directly to fab account. I choose to pay at fab account but reception people did not inform me that if I pay to fab account the will increase to Rs. 1100... That's how they do. It's always better to go with treebo hotels as they never do this. Their communication is very clear."
