Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Owner is rude; outside food is not allowed even the same is mentioned in the voucher of Fabhotels

The delux room showed online is different, booked delux room and the toilets were not clean as well as very very small. The toilet doors were without lock. Windows are opening directly infront n closeby to near hotels window.

I am totally disappointed with my stay at this hotel because the online photos were misleading. The bathroom was not clean and poorly maintained, with issues such as broken doors, an unkempt toilet, and outdated interiors. The rooms and bathrooms had an old setup, making the stay uncomfortable. Although the hotel is near the railway station, it is located in an automobile-dominated area, making it difficult to find nearby restaurants. Additionally, the surrounding area was unclean.

This hotel is absolutely terrible. The room is very bad—much dirtier than it looks in the pictures. The bathroom is not cleaned at all. It was a very bad experience. The food is completely tasteless. When you ask for cleanliness, they just sweep the floor, but the toilet is not cleaned at all. Overall, it’s a total waste of money.

Worst experience ever, felt like fraud. First, while inquiring for room booking they told complementary breakfast will be there, but later they told they don't provide, but we didn't had other options so had to put up with it. Second, they charged us on higher end for the room, but even the initial 1L Bislery water they won't provide as complementary, where all the other hotels are providing and they have normal filter water, not even RO filter water, which felt like ground water. We have to make big argument even to get that. Lastly, their managers don't coordinate, if u raise the issue with one manager, he will tell it fine we will arrange, but then the other manager will say it was not communicated by head manager, u have to talk to head manager, even after u discuss with head manager and he agrees, he will not communicate to other manager and the other will again say it was not communicated, so we won't do it and doesn't believe it was agreed, so you have to struggle a lot, and no peace of mind. Worst experience ever, if u are looking a place to sleep only then it serves the purpose, u can just go there and sleep, nothing else, for that they are charging high. Room are spacious but again not maintained as it's an old construction.

Bery poor quality hotel. No parking at all. Waiter was drunk and was slamming door very harshly when came to give food order every time. Poor quality food. Left hotel within 3-4 hrs and shifted to another hotel. Wasted money.

The room was booked through Make my Trip ( MMT) online booking facility . MMT charged exorbitant prices , almost double the standard room tariff. The quality of the room & services do not commensurate with the price charged for such a shabby accommodation. Rooms are worst quality, gloomy ambience... it is a mess

Horrible experience at this hotel - The hotel did not honour online booking which was already paid. - Hotel assured parking but all they had was road parking with no security or cameras - We had booked 2 rooms, but upon reaching we were allotted only one room and the other was given to another couple for a few hours without any booking - After raising concern with the customer support we got a second room almost around midnight - Rooms were extremely dirty with used bedsheets - Cupboards had cockroach - Leaky washroom -Dirty dishes kept outside lift area Not going to book any hotels under FabHotels going forward.
