People there are very rude. mostly hotels allow for early check in by paying extra cash. they made us do booking for whole day when we had to check in at 4 am on 11th. so the booking from 10th to 11 th got wasted. and when we asked to allow us to stay till 1 pm on 12th as our bus was at 2 they denied it in a very rude manner. i was ready to pay for half day but still they were rude.very bad experience. room is also very sub standard

I didn't like this hotel that much but it was ok. the facilities in this hotel are not very good. as the bed is not right, it is not that comfortable to sleep. there is no table in the room.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.
