FabHotel The Address

Staff was not cooperative, they tried to scam , as i reach hotel late night, the hotel staff take excess amount of booking from me, otherwise the owner of the hotel on call threatened me to step out of the hotel if i don't pay the excess amount to them.....very bad behaviour of owner

Worst experience till date staff is so arrogant won't recommend any one to stay here. we had checked in by 8 pm tovel were not provided by the hotel tv was not working. why the hell are they charging with the hefty amount

One of my worst experience. the hotel doesn't meet upto the standards of make my trip. worst possible hotel for anyone to stay. did not provide basic amenities. all travellers are requested not to book this hotel.

My parents stayed for 1 night, service was poor in terms of fixing tv and door latch as tv wasn't working and latch was broken. washroom was not clean and when they asked, it was cleaned by water. when they asked for room change, they were offered room on 4th floor and lift wasn't working as well.

The only positive aspect of my stay was the helpful and prompt staff at reception, who quickly addressed my queries. unfortunately, the rest of the experience was highly disappointing. the room was in poor condition, with the tap water flow being extremely slow. the bed was uncomfortable and of poor quality, making it difficult to rest. additionally, there were three power outages during my brief 5-hour stay, which further disrupted my ability to sleep. overall, it was an unpleasant stay, and i would not recommend it in its current state.

Don’t book it by thinking it’s one of the fab hotels. it’s a very shabby place located on 2nd floor of a building that has pharmacy at ground floor and hospital on first floor. rooms are very dirty and even have cockroaches. there is no system of hot water . geyser is very small sometimes hot water comes sometimes it doesn’t. sometimes it comes from washbasin and sometimes if u press flush then hot water comes. even the hooks for hanging clothes come off easily and don’t even try to open the almirah - it houses the cockroaches. they don’t even come for cleaning unless asked. even complimentary water is not provided instead sometimes they might even include in the bill. breakfast is not provided in house and is provided from outside and that too they forget to give sometimes. sofas are also dirty and we had asked to change the bed sheet upon arrival. overall i would have given 0 but since the price was less so i have given 1 star. but i would recommend not to stay as it’s not very hygienic. moreover is on one side of the nasik main area and close to railway station. the actual city is 40 mins away. even food around hotel is not very good: only place we used to go for dinner was udupi which is at walkable distance. there is a radhika hotel close by but it’s also good only during day as at night people come for drinks and food is not that good too.
